He leaned down to my ear, his voice a low, husky rumble that sent an electrifying shiver through me.
"Why are you running now?" he whispered. "You wanted this… just a few seconds before we came in."
Goosebumps erupted down my entire spine, surging straight to my core.
I sucked in a breath, shaky, confused and overwhelmed. Their energy combined always put me in this state, and I didn't know whether I wanted this, them, or all of them at the same time.
I couldn't think straight, my body was betraying me, my mind was split, Athena was excited, and my heart was pounding so violently I felt dizzy.
My tied wrists shook as I tried to move, but Sir Kaelric stood up and held the knot firm.
Aven was coming closer, his eyes feral, with primal lust.
Damon tilted his head, smirking like he already knew how this would end.
