Aria coughed up blood, looking down to see the blade coming out of her stomach. The blood dripped down, pooling onto he floor. The backlash from her magic shield, which protected her body, was devastating.
"You bastard." Aria cursed, turning her head to see a scuffed-up Leo behind her, "I should have just killed you, too."
"No one messes with me and gets out unscathed. Even you." Leo let out a low, small voice, just loud enough for her Aria to hear. He pushed and twisted the sword further and attempted to kill Aria.
