The doors opened to a much larger, empty room. Hani was rolled in, and the nurses were dismissed by Mrs Wang. She sat on the chair placed next to her bed and sank in, letting out a loud sigh.
"So… what happened?" Mrs Wang stared at Hani, waiting for an answer, but she did not even know where to start. So many things had happened in a short period of time that she did not even know where to start. From the start of the attack to the end, the whole ordeal had only lasted 20 minutes.
"I… I could not do anything, Mrs Wang. I could not even protect myself, let alone my friends." Hani started at the sheets between her fingers, her face sour from her realisation of her weakness.
