Kyra's POV
Ever since Nathan proposed, I've been splitting my time between Emily's apartment and the Nightfall Pack house. Nathan wants Snow to stay with him more often, so she's been primarily at his place. For my daughter, I've been shuttling back and forth between both homes.
Not that I'm complaining. My heart can't contain the happiness I feel these days. Today, Snow wanted to go shopping, so Nathan drove us to the mall.
"That too!" Snow exclaimed excitedly, pointing at a box of chocolate.
Nathan chuckled and carried her toward the confectionery section. I watched as her small arms wrapped around two boxes that barely fit in her grasp.
"You want more?" Nathan asked indulgently.
"Nathan, that's enough. She'll be bouncing off the walls again," I warned, knowing how hyper she gets with sugar.
Nathan glanced at me with that half-smile that still made my heart flutter. "Just one box, then?"
