Liam's POV 

I walked out of the house, obviously annoyed. Well, it was obviously because of her. She couldn't keep her words to herself, and she was always this way. 

"Ugh! I don't know how I got entangled in this mess…" I said to myself as I walked on the street. My eyes looked ahead, but I was oblivious to the people who walked by my side.

"I understand how you must be feeling, but you're here now. Besides, she's not so bad. You have seen how much she cares for you." 

"Yes, I have, but for some reason, I don't trust her. I know that she has a lot on her mind as well, and there's definitely something fishy about her. I feel she's trying to spy on me." 

My wolf scoffed. "I guess you're not just used to being around people; you have been in isolation all of your life. I doubt you'll be able to cope with something like this, huh?" 

No words were said, and silence remained. It was so worrying how things were going, but I decided to ease down a bit on how I was feeling as well.
