chapter three
"You have no right to speak you little bitch!" Priscilla spoke abruptly and loudly.
She wanted to continue but Rylene stopped her with a glare. Priscilla was very frightened. She has never seen this side of Rylene. She saw that Rylene was a mere walkover and thought that she would be able to take her down with a mere statement.
'What the hell?! This is not the Rylene that i know of! wait, maybe she is trying to pretend to be tough!' Priscilla thought
"Okay, Rylene, i apologize for what I have to you! I was merely angry, and my hands slipped pushing you into the river. I am so sorry," Priscilla said pretending to be sympathetic thinking that Rylene will fall for it.
Rylene laughed hard then stood up from the hospital bed.
"To think that you would use the same method that you have been using for a long time yet again, did I make you stupid?!" Rylene stood up with an aura of death.
"Y-you are not Rylene! who the heck are you?!" Priscilla screamed
"Shut it! You are annoyingly loud!" Rylene coldly said sealing Priscilla's lips.
This action shocked everyone including his family. Her family had never seen this side of Rylene and this did not scare them, instead, it made them interested to their new Rylene.
"Now, where were we?" Rylene said coldly glaring at the intruding family.
Lucian Cage fixed his suit and stood confidently. He reached into his suit and took out some sum of the money then handed it out towards Rylene's father.
'This guy is a fucking moron!' Rylene thought angrily.
Her father furiously glared at the man who gave a confident smile towards him.
"How despicable! Is my daughter's life worth 10000 euros?! Do you think that i am mentally ill?!" Alexander roared angrily. Ryle clenched his hands in a fist angrily.
"What? i am showing pity on your pathetic poor family. Your whole three lives are worth this much actually," Lucian cage said proudly while laughing cruelly. Priscilla joined in with the cruel laughter after seeing Rylene being silent.
"You-" Ryle wanted to speak but Rylene stopped him and shook her head.
"Look at this pathetic family! accepting the fact that they are so poor! Their lives are truly worth that much it seems like so," Mrs. cage, who was finally silent, spoke up.
"Haha! Indeed! Mother, Father, I already told that coming here was a waste of time! Just throw the money at their pathetic faces and go!" Priscilla said proudly.
