He took his first step in this duel, since from the start of the duel, he just stood there, like a troch bearer, and stood un-fazed at the continuous attacks that are coming from Michael, he made Michael a fool in front of the student crowd, every student, had their hopes up for the attacks that are coming from Michael in this duel, the heat slash from his sword, the heat blasts from his gun, proved in-effective against Nate, and it would be better to say that, the attacks of Michael didn't even touched Nate.
After an ever-lasting release of attacks using his sword and his power SPEED, finally it took a toll on him, he is on the ground with his hands and knees touching the ground, and his insides are like hell right now, his internal organs are aching for oxygen, but he is unable to take a single breath inside, whenever he tried, his lungs would just give out, and he is sweating like crazy, and to put it in words, he seemed like, someone is pouring water above on his head, and when everyone glued their eyes on Michael, then Nate took his first step in the duel.
But, Professor Mary, as the instructor in this duel, she decided to call the match, since one of the competitor is now on the grounds and looked unable to continue the match, she is about to raise her hand and declare Nate as the winner of the match, but then suddenly a voice rang in her wrist band, which is connected to the receiver, that is in her ear, and it said "wait.. professor", and she refrained from calling the match off, and she too, was now seeing the Nate.
"hey", someone called from the student crowd, and he said "look at that first year" said he, and everyone, who glued their eyes on Michael, now turned them towards Nate, who is now moving, but they now started to shout in amazement, "he is finally moving now" said one, "i don't think this will be interesting anymore, since that second year is pretty worn out" said another, but Nate kept on moving towards the fallen Michael, and someone in the student crowd, screamed her lungs out and pointed their gazes to Nate's legs and when they saw Nate's legs, everyone too started screaming, and what really happening is, from the moment Nate started moving towards Michael, at his feet, whenever he took a step forward, the ground near his feet, started to come off, it's like a machine is pulling the upper layer of the stage, up.
"he is dragging the ground with him, what is this?" cried one from the crowd, it seemed to everyone like, there is some kind of machinery at the feet of Nate, that is scrapping the floor off, and now he reached Michael, he is now, at a feet distance to Michael, his hands are open on the ground and he is still panting for air, and then Nate finally spoke, and it sounded like a shout, it sounded like this "ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" and at this, the entire colosseum went dead drop silent, and he continued to speak, "i thought, you are strong since you are a second year" his words carried a sarcastic tone, "huh, huh" and now he is moving body like a small kid, "hey, get up, let's paly more, increase the degrees in you attack and strike me" and the sarcastic tone still continued.
And now, the sarcastic tone is gone, slowly, around Nate's eyes, the nerves at eyes, starting bulging out, and now his tone is like one that is, an un-fazed, absolutely like a over-lord who dictates the world, "you dumb goat" and some student started gulping at Nate's words, "you boasted about your weapon, you boasted about your power, you boasted yourself in front of the colosseum, and now look at yourself, on you knees, and that too, in front of a first year" these words contained absolute dominance on Michael, and Michael spoke with great trouble and said "don't you dare, get cocky, you damn low life, you insect" said he, "hmm, you still think, i believe it is in your nature of thinking, that you alone are the strong in the world right?" now the nerves are fully formed around Nate's eyes, and they are starting to pump a black liquid like substance into Nate's eyes, and his eyes are slowly starting to turn black, "from the start, you never once, stopped a thought, why your attacks are not reaching me?" asked Nate, to this Michael couldn't answer, because of two reasons, one, he is very tired and second is, he did not think about it, Nate continued, "you just increased the power output of your attacks, but you did not stop attacking me, and you continued, you continued, and continued until you fall on your knees and pant like an idiot" and there is a pause and the gulping of students getting more intensified, "wh.., why.., why did my attacks not able to touch you..?" asked Michael with great trouble of speaking again, and then the sarcastic tone came in to Nate and he said "because you are an idiot" said he, and that made the entire colosseum to laugh, Michael is lifting his head to see the colosseum, which is laughing at him without a break and without thinking who he is, "in the entire creation.." Nate started to speak, "only humans are strongest among other creatures, do you know why?" and to this Michael did not answer, he is not adjusting his breathing to stand up, but he could not do it, and Nate's eyes are not fully blacked, the nerves that bulged out around his eyes, they are pumping a black fluid in to his eyes, and then suddenly, something in side Nate made him, very quickly hold his katana, and at which, when everyone seen this, they thought, Nate was about to draw his sword, but he did not, he just held it, with his right hand, and Nate continued, "because, only humans are able to fully understand, everything emotion inside them, they named every emoting that is flowing inside them, depending on the circumstances they are in, and i must really thank you, for showing, such malice and evil inside your heart for me" and when the crowd heard these words, everyone are confused and screamed with doubtfulness inside them and some even shouted outside, "what does he mean by that, do the two of them know each other?".
"and such malice is what made me stand still on the ground while you are kneeling in front of me" said Nate, inside of Michael's minds, so many things started to race and Nate did not stopped speaking, "from the start of the match, you attacked me with very ounce of revenge and evil contempt you could project and i used that evil contempt and that malice inside your heart and made them as a shield to protect me from your attacks, boy, i really worried that, in the middle of the our duel, where you would that malice and where i need to finish this with out all the fun, but you are the dumbest person i ever seen, even when your body is aching with pain and the amount of power you projecting in to attacks, you are releasing, every time, your revenge against me is increasing and every time it does, the shield i made, it only increase the strength of my shield", everyone's eyes are filled with great concern towards the second year Michael, because now, Nate is the one, who is project that malice he is speaking about, the show that Nate and Michael putting on the stage is like a lion and a deer in a wild hunt, and a voice spoke inside Nate, and he is the only one to hear it, the voice is saying to FINISH him.
The voice clearly meant Michael, but Nate closed the feet distance in between him and Michael and when he is doing so, he clicked his thumb and his index finger like a snap, and the invincible shield that Nate is talking about, the shield that he created with the evil emotions that Michael had projected towards Nate, and the shield is like a semi-circular black and violet mixed one, and when he closed the distance, the shield actually touched the hands of Michael, that one plainly opened on the ground, when the shield touched his hands, the power of shield had made the nails of the Michael fingers to shatter and they had sunken in to his flesh, Michael let out a deep cry of pain and he had fallen to the ground, he is shaking to side ways from left to right, on his back on the ground and he had raised his bleeding hands in to air, when he had fallen on to the ground on his back, and he sill crying with pain, no one in the student crowd his making any noise, everyone are still and watching this, "do you see now, oh i bet you couldn't, since you can't think, you such an idiot, right i will tell you what i see around, listen carefully to what i am saying now, because this what everyone are thinking about you right now" and Nate lifted his head to see the colosseum and then, everyone are shocked to see his eyes, they are completely black, and the nerves, that are around his eyes too, they are also black and then he said "i can see it clearly, man, inside everyone's heart, i can only see malice towards you, and..." he stopped moving his head and fixed this black gaze of Maria.
And the voice inside Nate is growing stronger by seconds, and they are saying FINISH HIM, and Nate is now drawing his sword.
