The tale of princess Kaguya, everyone of the normal world except the celestial world knows it, the story follows a poor bamboo cutter, who is very poor and struggling to feed his wife, and his only fortunate thing in his life is, he had no children, his household is himself and his wife, and one fine day, the bamboo cutter went to the bamboo forest to collect some bamboo to sell, but when he is looking for a fine bamboo tree to chop down, he came across a glowing bamboo in his search, and he cut down the glowing bamboo, what he found in that bamboo had made him jump back, he found an infant inside the glowing bamboo, and having no children, the poor bamboo cutter had took pity on the infant and he took the infant to home and the lonely husband and wife started to take care of the infant, and now, after the poor bamboo cutter had found the infant in a glowing bamboo, from next day onwards, he found small chunks of gold around the bamboo trees, and the poor bamboo thought this as a blessing from the gods, and slowly by every day, whenever the bamboo cutter went to forest to chop down bamboo to sell, he found gold instead, so as the infant he took care had grown and so his fortune too, when the infant is a women, the poor bamboo cutter is the richest man in the province around.
The couple who took care of the infant had thought, all their riches are due to their daughter, so they loved her very much, but the princess alone knows the truth of her origins and the couple who took take care of her, didn't, and on every full moon day, the princess started crying over looking at the moon, the princess dearly wanted to meet her people, the people of the moon, but she also loved her human parents too, so whenever the couple of husband and wife, ask their daughter, why she is crying, when she looked at moon, the princess never answered their question, and soon the beauty of the princess Kaguya, went amok in the province, the couple wanted to keep it a secret, but failed to do so, many young princes and warriors had come to ask the hand the princess to the wedding, but Kaguya rejected all of them by giving them impossible tasks to do, and she implied a rule of, whoever will completed one's tasks, i shall take their hand in marriage, but no one could possibly complete the tasks that Kaguya had presented.
And days went by, and the day of princess Kaguya's return was fixed by the people of the moon and they descended from the moon and took princess on-board and made her forget all the memories she had of that belonged to normal world, and she went off to the moon, but her human parents are worried sick about their daughter and soon went on to the sick bed, and not long after, the couple also died.
This is a folk lore, that has passed down to many generations, and when it is passed, always the contents of the lore had been changed greatly that no one even believes the story is real, and it is made that way by the people of the moon, so that they can finally forget about the awareness of the beings that reside in the moon.
No one knows to this day, but this story of a princess being found by a poor household and when they took her, they became rich suddenly and the beauty of the princess is immeasurable and one day, some people of unknown world will come and get her, and the couple who took care of her, had died soon after, but this entire event is very famous across the multiverse, and also, this event will happen at the beginning of a race in a planet, and soon when the race of that planet had advanced, no one will believe it to be true, but the story always, when passed down to generation, it will be changed, but, this event will only happen to a certain planet, when it clears one specific rule that was assigned to it, and that rule is, this event will only happen to the planet which had a perfect round shaped moon, and if a planet had a deformed moon, then this event will not happen, this is the rule that has connected to the lore of Princess kaguya.
This rule, for the event of princess kaguya, it will only happen if the rule is passed, and like that, there are many events that take place in every universe, and they are called the good events, and when a rule of not followed and that event has happened, then those events are called Nexus events, there will no good for, when the good events had happened, but, whenever there happened a nexus event, there will be very dire consequences to it, the universe it self is responsible for the events that took place inside it, and the cosmic beings of the old world had put in charge of a being they had created, and it is THE GUARD.
This being, will closely watch every thread of a event that is taking place in itself, he will sever any thread of event, that is happening against the rules, and so, every universe had a guard to itself, and in a certain universe, the guard, is closely watching the events, that are happening inside it, and there will happen many events outside the rules and the guard will simply pluck out that thread, which is happening without following the rules, and they will store them in a jar, that the celestial beings had handed them, and whenever the jar is full, it will be teleported to the celestials and no one knows what will happen to them, and so, in this certain universe, it is about time for the event of princess Kaguya, and to particularly say, it is time for the princess to return to the moon.
The celestials had made a mistake when they are creating rules for "event Kaguya" and that is, we know that, the "event kaguya" can only happen, when a planet has a round shaped moon and the life within that planet is in it's evolving stage, the mistake is, these rules have no fail safe options, that means, if any thing disrupts the contents of the rule, then there is no solution for what to do in that kind of situation, and that is what exactly happened in this "event".
The guard is closely watching the "event kaguya", the moon people have descended from the moon to it's planet to get the princess and deliver her to her father Lord Tsukuyomi, he is waiting for his daughter very much, that his excitement had the moon to lit more brightly at night than how it usually be, and then, suddenly from nowhere a big stone boulder came striding in the space and hit the moon, the moon took a severe damage when the stone boulder had hit it, but with the power of lord Tsukuyomi, no one of the moon had served huge wounds, but the shape of the moon had deformed, and the rule for the "event kaguya" had failed, so the guard, who is watching all this, he simply extended his index finger and plucked out the thread of "event kaguya".
To the guard that is closely watching the events that are unfolding in itself, to his eyes all events are just threads, and when the threads are in white color, it means, that particular thread is flowing inside it's designated rules, but when the color is yellow, then it means, the contents of that thread are slowing causing the flow of the thread towards the rule breaking, and the guard will make sure to alter the course of the threads which are in yellow, and you can say that, the guard can alter the future of the threads contents when they are in yellow and he will not touch the threads, which are in white color, because they are in flow of the rules, but, when the thread is red in color, the guard will not hesitate to pluck that particular thread out and store it in the jar, that the celestial had given them.
When the stone boulder had hit the moon, it's shape is very deformed and it's king, lord Tsukuyomi had announced that, upon the return of her daughter, princess kaguya, he will repair the moon himself with his power, and the people of the moon are very much delighted and just as their king, and all are waiting for the return of princess kaguya, the people of the moon had received the signal, that they received the princess and they are on their way to the moon, the king of the moon, lord Tsukuyomi, he flew out in sky to meet the princess before anyone can, and the vehicle that went to retrieve the princess, it was in the sight of the king of the moon, and he is smiling very brightly and he pointed towards them and all the people of the moon can see that too, and the vehicle is very near to Tsukuyomi and he is flying towards of it, and then to the eyes of Tsukuyomi, it went completely blank.
The king of the moon is now floating in the spot as the moon, but now, he cannot see the vehicle that is bringing his daughter back and he cannot see the moon or the people of the moon, everything is completely blank, and king of the moon began to lit, just like the moon, which will be seen in the black sky, in the complete blankness, to anything, if present in that blankness, he is the only source of light to them, and he started to float in that blankness, he roam to top, he did so to the bottom and to left and to right, nothing is present in that place, Tsukuyomi did not understand what is happening at all, and what just happened is that, when the father and daughter are very near so that they can see each other's faces after so long, the guard, at exact moment, he plucked the thread, the color of this thread "kaguya", when the moon had been hit by the stone boulder, it's color completely changed from white to red, so the guard just plucked this thread from the existence and he stored it in the jar.
When taken out from the line of existence, the contents in that particular thread will become dust and that dust will be concentrated in to one place and it will be changed in to a circular ball, the color of the ball will be just as the color of the thread is, Tsukuyomi is roaming like a mad person it that space, he was already stored in the jar, and to his unfortunate fate, the jar is full by him and it is ready to be teleported to the celestials, the only source of light in that blank space, lord Tsukuyomi is still roaming and shouting for his daughter with his weapon still in his hands, and then he suddenly stop his search and he bent his head to downwards, clearly he can see nothing, because it was pitch black, but one of the greatest powers of him are his five senses, his hearing power, his line of sight, his power to smell hearts, his power to detect to tell what other people are thinking, most of all his power to detect the trouble.
He knew it very well that the pitch blackness which is below him is absolute danger, but he decided to go down anyway, and he is slowly going down, after a few minutes he is still going down and he wondered in himself, is there any ground to step on, in this pitch blackness, and after a few more minutes, the king of the moon, finally landed on the ground, and even on the ground, all he can see is blackness, and he decided to walk on this ground of blackness, and he started to walk in one direction and after few seconds, he felt something around his feet, it was soft and at the same time it was hard, so he decided to shed some light from his hand and cast in downwards, so bent to his feet and with his right hand, he opened his palm straight and he casted in across his feet and what he saw was a start of endless nightmare he is about to see.
What he saw around his feet when he had cast the light is himself, he thought "what is the meaning of this?" inside his mind, he is standing tall and strong on that black ground and at the same time, he is seeing himself, old and week, his fingers, they are very lean and seeing his fingers, it was like, a cloak of flesh was covered over his bones, and the old and weak himself, who is lying on the floor, he turned his head towards the source of light in this pitch blackness, and when the old and weak turned his head, the prime Tsukuyomi was in bewilderment and he fell on the pitch black ground.
"wh-", the prime Tsukuyomi was at loss for the words, he can't process what he had just seen, and he fell on the ground, and the old and weak Tsukuyomi was very old and weak, he did not have the strength to even speak, but he managed to let out a soft sigh and he said with very weak voice, "so" he started to speak, the prime king of the moon was still loss for the words and he is watching his old self speak with thunder struck face, he is sweating very much, and it does not make any sense to sweat in that pitch black space, "another one came, huh" he said, "wha..", this sound came from the prime king of the moon without realizing, and the old one adjusted his body while lying on the black ground towards the side of his prime self, and he chuckled when he seen his prime self, the prime king of the moon did not understand why his old self is smiling, so he asked his old self with broken voice "wha..what is so funny...?", the old one again chuckled with a cough and said "i remembered the day when i came to this place" said the old one, and when the prime king of the moon heard it, he was confused and again lost for words to speak, "i am about to see my dear daughter after so long, but when i had seen the carriage that is bringing her to me, then it went all black, and i believe you know the rest" said the old one with another cough while speaking.
The prime king of the moon, mustered up the courage to speak to his old self and said "what is this place?" said he with a broken voice, and the old self again chuckled very weakly this time, the prime self did not understand why his old self always smiles when he asked him a question and his old self again corrected his posture and said "you are wondering... why i am smiling whenever you ask me a question, right?" and to this the prime self with confusion evident in his face, he nodded to the old one's question and his old self started to speak again, "i laughed at question, because you are asking the exact same questions when i entered this place" and when his old self had said this, a spark came to the prime king of the moon, and he asked now with no confusion and no break while speaking and said "what did you just said?", the prime one asked the old one and to that the old one bore an expression of confusion and said "what did i just say to you..." with the coughing increasing every time he started to speak and the old one continued with a chuckle "i am sorry, i tend to forget things now, for i am old now..", but the prime king of the moon did not care about that, he distanced himself with his old self and he stood up from the ground and pondered on what his old self had just said and that is, he said "i asked the same question when i came here" is what he said, it's makes sense to me because i am asking him all these questions, but just who did my old self asked these questions to.
And while the prime one is still questioning all his questions, he heard a metallic sound from back of his ear and he turned to see that the his old self stood on the pitch black ground with great difficulty and he is holding the same weapon has his him and then his old self shouted with great voice "heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy" and the prime one was very scared at this shout, the prime one could not believe his old self who just shouted like hell and who, a few minutes back had a great difficulty to even speak and the old self said again with great voice "the new goat is here" and with that, the prime king of the moon's ears are banging with loud sounds of metal and he closed his ears to minimize this horrible sound intake and he lifted his head up to see a great wave to small white lights of globe, the lights are like a huge wave those come when there is a tsunami in the ocean and with no moment to think the wave of white lights had fallen on the prime king of moon.
