Chapter 89 Writer's POV
, "Be cautious, King. We've sensed a great change at the temple. Delilah, the greatest witch of all time, has merged with Aurora. This union of powers is ominous. Now Aurora's second step is to bring back Xerxes, God of the temple. If Xerxes returns, he'll ensure the world is ruled by darkness." Aria said.
The king's expression turns grave upon hearing this warning. He paces slightly in his chambers, considering the weight of the words. "We must be careful. If Aurora brings back Xerxes with Delilah's power merged with hers... the consequences could be dire for our kingdom and the world. Xerxes was said to bring about an age of shadows if he ever returned."
Aria and Lena, emphasize the danger with conviction. "You must prevent Aurora from succeeding. The balance of power and light in the world is at stake. With Delilah's immense power now part of Aurora and the aim to bring back Xerxes, the darkness could overwhelm everything. We good witches have foreseen the shadows growing stronger with each passing moment if Xerxes is summoned."
The king nods solemnly. "I'll take measures to stop Aurora from bringing back Xerxes. We can't let darkness rule.
Aria and Lena nod in agreement. "We will help where we can, King. But speed is necessary. The merging of Delilah with Aurora is a catalyst for great darkness. Preventing Xerxes' return is paramount to saving the balance of the world."
The king says with determination after Aria and Lena's warning, "We need to find Xerxes. We must understand how to prevent his final awakening. If Aurora succeeds in bringing back Xerxes with Delilah's power merged with hers... the consequences could be catastrophic."
Aria and Lena nod in agreement, their faces serious with the gravity of the situation. "We will help in any way we can to prevent Xerxes but we must find out which body he's using".
The king dismisses Aria and Lena with thanks, his mind racing with plans to stop Aurora and deal with the implications of Onyi's transformation. He knows the kingdom's fate and the world's balance hang in the balance with these unfolding events.
To their unbeknownst, Xerxes was already in the palace.
