They say the life of a family is bound by secrets.
Flashback.
When I was in Japan, after the call that had required my urgent presence, I discovered that it was, to be precise, a shareholder meeting to impeach me as the current CEO of the company because of the scandal.
Fear filled my mind as I wondered what could have happened.
Then I met a girl dressed in black, wearing a mask. She looked a bit sassy and really great in shape.
She told me, "I think you are supposed to be called William, or let's say, billionaire CEO."
I thought it was normal to be known, but then she told me something, and I followed her immediately.
It was a dark room, very steep, and it felt so mysterious. It smelled of blood.
She pulled out a chair and opened a canvas-like curtain.
There was a guy being held hostage.
She told me, "This is the paparazzi guy who took videos and photos about your scandal."
The main questions rolling through my mind were: Who are you? How did you catch him? And why are you interested in my business?
Coincidentally, she turned around, shot the guy, and whispered in my ear, "I hate you so much, William, but I think you are interesting. My boss kinda…"
Before she could finish, a police siren rang across the door.
We hurriedly passed through the silent secret passageway. I could not believe it existed.
Then, when we came out, we were already in another city.
She pushed me out and told me, "Go to your meeting. Everything will be alright."
I did not hesitate but hurriedly went to the meeting.
But surprisingly, the magic happened.
I was surprised. Even the shareholders wanted to add capital to their shares because they said there had been very large progress.
The questions rolling through my mind were: Who the fuck is that powerful? Who is that girl? What secret is it that I don't know?
Coming back to reality.
A head poke from my wife.
She said, "Your breakfast will get cold."
I smiled and told her, "Nah, never mind. I will eat later at my workplace."
Hurriedly, I went to the office with a mind of doing research about those "secrets."
