📍Location: University Parking Lot — Night
Rain just stopped. Pavement's still wet.
Streetlights glow like spotlights for drama.
Pete stalks across campus like a man possessed, black coat whipping behind him like a cape of vengeance.
He finds Noah alone behind the engineering building—backpack slung, head bowed.
Pete's voice is low. Dangerous.
> "You spying bastard."
Noah looks up—eyes guilty, but defiant.
> "Pete, I didn't mean—"
BAM!
Pete slams him against the wall.
> "You used him. Played him like a pawn. Thought I wouldn't find out?!"
Noah pushes back, barely able to breathe.
> "I didn't plan to fall for him—"
> "BUT YOU DID."
Pete grabs his collar.
"So tell me, what hurts more—me knowing it, or you losing him?"
Noah:
> "You're not innocent, Pete. Your father sent me. You want someone to punch? Start with him."
Pete's fist trembles mid-air.
> "I'll deal with him too. But right now? It's you I want to rip apart."
He lets go.
> "If you ever come near Mek again... I won't stop at one punch."
Pete turns to leave—but not before landing one hard blow to Noah's stomach, sending him to the ground.
> "Tell my father I said 'screw you.' Actually, wait. I'll say it myself."

📍Scene: Mek's Apartment Later
Pete shows up, hands bleeding, drenched, breathless.
Mek opens the door.
> "What did you do?"
Pete drops to his knees, grabbing Mek's hands.
> "I hit him. I couldn't help it. You're mine. No one hurts you."
Mek's eyes soften—but only slightly.
> "You still don't get it, do you?"
> "Get what?"
> "I don't need a hero who fights my battles. I need someone who'll stay beside me—even when I'm mad, broken, or confused."
Pete looks up, desperate.
> "Then tell me what to do. Tell me how to fix this."
Mek hesitates… but pulls Pete up and leans his forehead against his.
> "Just don't lie. And don't let me go."
