Scene: Bangkok – Charity Gala, Hosted by Narinchai Group
The ballroom sparkled with chandeliers, camera flashes, and whispers. CEOs mingled. Politicians smiled fake smiles. And in the middle of it all stood Rin Akarin, handsome, confident, the crown prince of the Narinchai empire.
But when Rose walked in?
Everything stopped.
Dressed in a bold crimson gown, diamonds on her ears and venom in her smile, she glided straight toward Rin—glass of wine in hand, cameras clicking behind her like a firing squad.
> "You look good, Rin," she said sweetly. "Almost like you forgot whose blood your empire was built on."
Rin's smile twitched. "This is a charity event, Rose."
> "Exactly. Pity doesn't suit you. Guilt does."
Everyone watched in awkward silence.
> "Shall I tell them about the fake bankruptcy? The forged documents? Or how your daddy paid my board to bury my family's company?"
> "This isn't the place—"
> "No?" She raised her glass. "Then let's toast to betrayal."
The crowd gasped.

Scene: Outside the Gala – Pete & Mek Arrive
Pete parked the car fast. "She's already here. The security team texted me—she's creating a scene."
Mek raised an eyebrow. "When has Rose not been dramatic?"
Pete gave him a look. "This is different. She knows everything now. And she's not just targeting me."
> "She's after Rin."
> "And Rin's dad," Pete added. "She found the truth."
Mek's chest tightened. "Then this is about more than revenge. She's hunting the one who actually destroyed her world."
Pete exhaled. "We're all in danger now."

Scene: Back Inside – The Showdown Continues
> "Tell me, Rin," Rose said, stepping closer, "do you remember the boy I loved? The one I trusted? The one who promised me everything?"
Rin's face paled. "Rose, please…"
> "You gave me up to protect yourself. You let your father sell me and my family out. For what? For a girl with more status? For Pete's sister?"
The audience murmured in shock.
> "You betrayed me for power, and I turned that pain into a billion-dollar empire. But now… I'm done waiting for karma."
She leaned in close, whispering:
> "I am karma."

Scene: Aftermath – Pete & Mek Confront Rin
In the quiet of the parking lot, Pete shoved Rin back against a pillar.
> "You knew. All this time, you knew, and you let her suffer."
Rin looked broken. "I was scared. My father threatened to ruin me. He told me she'd be safer without me—"
Mek interrupted, voice cold. "And you believed that?"
Pete's fists clenched. "You let her become this… out of pain."
Rin whispered, "I never stopped loving her."
> "Then you should've fought for her," Pete growled. "Instead, she's fighting against all of us now."

Scene: Rose Alone on Rooftop – Midnight
She stood at the edge, wind tossing her hair, staring at the skyline of the city she once adored.
> "It's all ashes now," she whispered. "And I'll burn the rest if I have to."
Behind her, her assistant appeared. "Ma'am… Nari's made a move."
Rose turned, fire in her eyes. "Good. Let them all come."
She pulled out an old photo—one where her whole world still smiled.
She stared at it one last time… then let it go.
The wind took it.
Just like her old life.
