The slums of North Kolkata didn't look like the birthplace of a legend. But in a one-room flat with cracked windows and flickering bulbs, Max typed line after line of code on a salvaged laptop.

At 17, he launched PixelBaaz Studios. Not a company. A rebellion.

His first release—Streets of Freedom from the Kolkata Chronicles—was more manifesto than game. Set in a fictional version of the city, it was raw, glitchy, personal. It sold 600 copies.

But it found a pulse. Somewhere in the chaos, people heard a heartbeat. Something real. Something theirs.

And so he asked the question that changed everything:

"What if your memories were never yours?"

That question became Eclipse: Genesis. And the boy from Kolkata became something else entirely.
