The double began seeing he had gained Black attention "you asked why your transformation core is so big, as big as 2 meter right" the double asked as he pointed his index finger at the transformation core.
"Hmm..." Black replied with a simple nod of his head.
"And why the core is in your soul sea instead of your body" Double asked with a side-long glance at Black to get his confirmation.
"Hmm..." Black again replied with a simple nod of his head.
Getting Black's confirmation, Double began "For the first question, the answer is simple. The size of a Transformation Core largely depend on its Rank, The higher the Rank of a Transformation Core one formed when Ascending to Rank 4 or Stage 2, The larger, denser and purer it would be. Thus, Increasing you Base Prowess in the process...you get all that" Double with his arm's crossed over his chest explained everything in a calm manner so that Black could understand everything he was saying clearly.
Black again noded his head "hmm..." But he asked a sudden question "so, others aren't born with there transformation core and they have to form it when they Ascend to Rank 4 or Stage 2..."
Hearing the sudden question from Black, Double thaught for a moment with his right hand on his chin then replied with a nod of his head,
"Well technically its different for every Race, for example in the case of a magical beast it depends on there bloodline, for humans it depends on there parents and for spirits it's different. But largely most of the lifeforms aren't born with there core and have to form it when Ascending to Rank 4 or Stage 2...that why it is called the Transformation Stage". Double finished explaining the formation of Transformation Core for different races at Rank 4.
"But if they are born with weak cores, then would one have to remain weak for there entire life just because of there poor start.." Black asked, thinking what if after going through many length he finally completed his incomplete core, and what he got wasn't a cheat-ass core but a weak core then wouldn't he have made a fool of him self if he couldn't improve it.
Of course he wouldn't dwell on the fact that after all that effort to complete his incomplete core he got a weak core. He would just think of how to improve and evolve it after all it's no use crying over spilled Milk...
Upon hearing Black's voicing out another question, Double grimaced and thaught to himself 'Is his main body a bonehead, why dose he have so many questions'. But he still composed himself and answered Black's question in a calm tone.
"No, they won't have to remain weak, even if one is born with a weak core or has formed one when Ascending to Rank 4. They can still improve and evolve it. But there is always a limit to how much a core can improve and evolve..." Double stopped, closed his eyes and gathered his thoughts for a minute.
After a minute he opened his eyes and continued,
"Like a Rank 1 core or a [ cracked core ] can't evolve at all since it well...it's cracked, a Rank 2 core or a [ Normal Core ] can evolve till Rank 4, most or you can say majority of the people form this type of core when Ascending to transformation stage".
Double stopped, giving time for Black to digest the information because he didn't want to or won't repeat all of this again...
'Aaah...it's so tiring having a dumb-ass like him as my main body...sigh...but what can a poor memory like myself do, nothing. I can't change my origin now can I' as he contemplated the meaning of his existence as a memory while also insulting his so called host while Black was processing all the information.
All of the previous happening happened in just 2 seconds, since well...Black was a Progenitor so of course his comprehensive abilities were top notch. He just noded his head 2 times in those 2 seconds and then...well then he turned to look at Double indicating for him to continue.
That's what Double did, he continued...
"its the same at Rank 3 or a [ Perfect Core ] as it can also only evolve till Rank 4 since at Rank 5 a Transformation core undergoes a qualitative Change and if one wants to evolve his core to Rank 5. They would've to be born with a Rank 5 core or create an [ Asended Core ] when Ascending to Stage 2". Double finished his long explanation thinking that it must have cleared all of Black's doubt right.
But no, just 5 seconds after he completed his long and boring explanation...
He saw Black opening his mouth, he knew what this bast**d might be asking. So before Black could even voice out his question, Double replied...
"And no, an evolved Rank 4 core can't Asend to Rank 5 because it had already consumed all it's potential and to evolve further you would have to either destroy your current one and create an Ascended Core from scratch or again be born with one". Double completed as he haved a long breath 'haaah', this time 100 percent sure that he had already answered all of Black's questions except one that 'why was his Transformation core in his soul sea instead of his body'.
But he was proven wrong when he heard the dumb-ass voice again,
"And how much Base Prowess would a Rank 5 core gives. It must be a lot...right" Black asked, clearly disregarding the slight warning signal Double was giving him through his expression...
Still even though double was inwardly fuming, he still answered Black's question with a rather composed and calm tone,
But Black could hear the clenching of Double teeth's but he thaught 'naa..these aren't even real bodies so how could we have teeth, must be my imagination'. Well he forgot his ethereal body did indeed have teeth, even if they weren't real...
He was bought out of his thoughts when he heard Double's voice,
"That I don't know, how much Battle Prowess a Rank 5...no I only know how much Base Prowess a Rank 3 and Rank 2 core have. Since from Rank 4 or [ Asended Core ] the core's are above the upper limit of your ability. So the Partial-Omniscint ability of your won't work..." Suddenly Double stopped,
