In the 1 hour Zephyr was asleep after her small brake down where she weeped uncontrollably and after his embarrassing talk with Double which had left him feeling to just dig a hole in the ground to hide in it forever because of how ashamed he was for his stupidity, Black learned how to turn or evolve someone into a Quantiarch...
It was something related to the 2 traits of his Physique [Dissonance] and [Rsonance].
At first he didn't know what could these traits of his could do or what were there properties since he had never utilize them even ones or had the chance to as after being born in the small cave, awakening his unique System by drinking the water with a high-concentration of magical energy present in it and then entering and leaving his soul sea after getting all that information, he directly met Zephyr where she nearly spooked him to death,'Hoo..he didn't even want to think about that experience'.
He didn't have any opportunities to utilize these 2 unique traits of his Physique at all so he didn't know anything about them or how to utilize them let alone how to use them to evolve Zephyr into a Quantiarch...
Meaning he was again left in a predicament where he did indeed have the answer to his question as to how to evolve someone else into a Quantiarch but he couldn't compherend the answer itself.
Which was quiet hilarious, but as always Double came to his rescue just like the light at the end of the tunnel and told him that he could get a basic knowledge about his 2 traits from his System's [ Host Info. ]. At that time after Double told him that he finally remembered that his Partial-Omniscint ability could tell him anything through his System's [ Host Info. ].
Though as embarrassed as he was he still opened his System screen by thinking about it...
Black was even mocked by Double that he atleast knew how to open his System screen but what could he do, he didn't have the face to counterattack his statement. As a Progenitor he should've known these things by his instincts alone but he had to ask Double just that, he was really a disgrace as a Progenitor.
Apparently he could say that as a day old child his response was natural or as expected and not wrong since Double indeed knew more about these things. But his argue would've been left moot simply by the virtue of him being a Progenitor.
The immense potential he carried as one, as a Progenitor, He would never be able to fully realize it if he were to depend on others or in this case his intelligent Progenitor memories aka Double, even if the said memory was his, so asking 'it' shouldn't be considered others since from another point of view he was ultimately going through his own memories even if the said memories had mysteriously gained sentience...
But it was this same reason that made his memories not his anymore since by gaining intelligence the memories had developed a 'will' or self-awareness of its own but 'they' were not independent and when he reached the 3 phase, would be absorbed by him however before that they could be considered independent thus counted in the others category...
There were many 'what ifs' here, but since they never happened they remained as just that 'what ifs' so he didn't need to think about them...
(And even after knowing all that if he were to depend on it, well we didn't have to go there now do we...)

As Black saw the Black colored system screen in front of him, his mind had short-circuited for a moment there as he read through the brief descriptions of his [ Resonance ] trait...
He ignored the second part which neither could he understand nor could he see it as it was all gibberish so there was no point on mulling over it and wasting both his time and energy unnecessarily.
Black only had one thought in his mind after going through the description of his Physique's [ Resonance ] trait 'what the...hell'...
'Just what was this, just how can I...' then he just shook his head side to side a few times, closed his eyes for a few seconds to calm his mental instability caused by the prior experience, after 10 seconds he opened his eyes again and looked at the little serpent asleep in his lap, as he heaved a long breath as *exhale*...
