The doctor ended up ranting a lot about his negative experiences at the hospital where he worked for several years.
Lillian learned that he had just resigned recently because he was too overworked without a raise, not that he needed more money, but that he needed rest for the sake of his health and sanity.
They refused all his applications for leave as if he were the only doctor in the hospital when there were a lot more.
Because of this, he decided to leave and build his own clinic. He finally had some free time and decided to tag along as Leo's doctor while he had nothing to do.
