The next day, Jihoon was taken for his physical training.
Mr. Jang made him wear a black shirt and shorts, and tied his silver hair into a small ponytail on top of his head.
He stared at the man's back as they made their way to a large room.
It was brightly lit, with all sorts of complicated equipment and objects in every corner. There was an elevated platform in the middle, barricaded on all sides.
Jihoon wondered what it was.
Mr. Jang's voice rang out clearly, "This is where your training will be taking place."
He placed a hand on the child's shoulder, squeezing slightly. "Don't disappoint me, boy."
Jihoon gulped and nodded quietly.
"Are you sure he's ready?" a voice asked as a man walked into the room, rubbing a towel on his face.
He tossed it away carelessly and bowed. "Mr. Jang. It's an honor as always."
Mr. Jang smiled. "You've grown so much, Seokjoo. How is work going?"
