"Ren-kun!" Upon his appearance, the cautious Miki was overjoyed.
"You know each other?" Johannes narrowed his eyes. He scanned his surroundings. The doors were tightly closed. How did these four people get in here? There was no sound, as if they were ghosts. Even Lindow Amamiya and the others were extremely vigilant.
"Ren…" Iroha Isshiki's gaze shifted back and forth between Ren and Yukino, a vague impression flashing in her mind.
Ren did not answer, instead surveying his surroundings. Upon arriving on this Earth, he understood the truth. A new universe was being pulled into his, currently in the process of being devoured and merged. Compared to his, this one was much weaker. Earth was one of the connection points, which was why a spatial rift had appeared.
What surprised him most was that this Earth was the world of God Eater.
His gaze turned to Johannes. This pathetic scientist, whose beloved wife had died in an experiment, sought to solve the Aragami problem through extreme means. Ren was not interested in him at all.
"Miki, you can deal with this guy however you like. He's not worthy of studying the power I bestowed upon you."
"You…" Johannes, feeling ignored, frowned. But he was horrified to find all his subordinates suddenly kneeling on the ground, kowtowing. Even his own legs uncontrollably pressed down.
!!! Lindow's team and Alisa, the only ones unaffected, watched in shock.
"Uh, why did they kneel?" Kawasaki Saki was startled.
"Ren-kun helped us," Miki's eyes sparkled.

He shrugged indifferently. "As you wish. Kill them if you want."
The casual words made the air in the hall as cold as winter. Lindow and the others gripped their God Arcs, not daring to move. Anyone could tell this was linked to the man named Ren.
Gulp! Iroha and Saki were frightened. His words didn't sound like a joke.
Meanwhile, Johannes and the others felt a chill in their hearts. Though they appeared still, they were using all their might to try and stand up, as if bearing a huge mountain.
Yet Okudera Miki, who held their lives, suddenly felt her mind in a whirl. Ren's words made her consider many things. What does he want me to choose? If I choose wrong, will he dislike me?
With her mind in turmoil, she calmed down after her eyes met his. She slowly exhaled, raised her hand, and punched out.
Ah!!! A heart-wrenching scream rang out. Johannes's right arm, under the powerful punch, shattered into flesh and bone, his face twisted in pain.
Withdrawing her hand, Miki pulled the stunned Iroha and Saki to stand behind Ren. This was her choice.
"Miki, being kind-hearted, spared you. From now on, open your eyes and live properly," Ren advised the now-unconscious Johannes. He then looked at Lindow. "We'll stay here for a bit, if you don't mind?"
…"Uh, please, feel free, sir." Lindow nodded submissively. At his signal, the others carried Johannes out, leaving the hall to them.
"Iroha Isshiki, Kawasaki Saki, is that right?" Yukino brought the two stunned girls back to their senses.
"I'm Kawasaki Saki. And you are…?"
Iroha, however, seeing Yukino's face up close, exclaimed, "You're Yukinoshita Yukino-senpai!"
Yukino was surprised. "That's me."
Iroha said, "I knew it! So that means, Ren-kun… is the Student Council President of the high school?"
"The President… I think his name was Ren-kun," Saki also remembered.
Haruno patted Yukino's shoulder. "Little Yukino, now's not the time for reminiscing. How about we exchange information?"
"I don't need you to tell me, Nee-san," Yukino glanced at her, then began to exchange information with the three, explaining the situation they had encountered.
