Meanwhile on the streets of the cloud-severing city, two beauties were attracting attention from many passersby. One had a natural charm with the figure of a goddess, while the other was from an exotic race, which was hard to ignore.

Ru Feng still confused, asked, "Them? Who are you talking about?"

They walked for some time, crossing some streets while Bai Hua asked some random person about a food cart, selling roasted buns and chicken soup.
Bai Hua then took Ru Feng towards the place where the man pointed them. Meanwhile Ru Feng thought, "It seems her instincts are finally kicking in, is she that hungry?'
Ru Feng saw a wooden cartwheel food stall. Bai Hua then sat at one of the sides of it while also gesturing Ru Feng to take a seat.
There was no customer at the food cart. Ru Feng noticed the old man with a bamboo hat looking at Bai Hua. He asked, "What do you need, customer?"
Bai Hua spoke, "I need chicken soup with extra seasoning."
The man nodded, "20 coins for chicken soup and 5 for extra seasoning."
This confused Ru Feng who was now sure that Bai Hua was here to fill her stomach. She was about to stop her, telling them they should eat together with Xuan and others, but then Bai Hua's words shocked her.
Bai Hua took out 20 coins and put them on the table in front, which the man grabbed as she asked, "I need the information regarding the person's name, Yu Guam, and the Yu family." Bai Hua spoke, adding an extra 5 coins in the end as the old man pondered for a second, then spoke with squinted eyes.
"Why are you looking for a dead man?" This wasn't a question but more like a curiosity. Bai Hua didn't need to answer this, so the old man continued.
"19 years ago, there was a young man named Yu Guam, who was born with unparalleled talent, but his love for a certain woman not only ended his path of greatness but the future of the Yu family."
Bai Hua had her eyes open in shock while Ru Feng also had a shocked expression. The old man continued, not caring about their reaction.
"One certain day, the Yu family was slaughtered while Yu Guam and his wife went missing, never seen again." He paused, took a breath, then spoke, "However, there were rumors that before vanishing, he slaughtered his way to save his wife and their newborn child."
The old man stopped, letting them digest the info. Bai Hua slammed another 20 coins, "What happened to that child? No… tell me, how did you find out about that child?" handing an extra 5 coins to the old man.
The old man again took his time, like before, he came up with a question with no intention of receiving any answer from them.
"You are also looking for that child?" Ru Feng and Bai Hua didn't speak, but they had the same thought. 'Those people came here asking about Xuan's whereabouts, that means they aren't some normal people.'
"Just like his father, that child also vanished with them. Some speculated that they all were killed that unfortunate day, but later it was revealed that those people are still looking for the whereabouts of the child and his parents."
This cleared another doubt about Xuan's parents, that they had actually went missing, not killed by those unknown people. Ru Feng thought as the old man continued.
"Few days ago, a man came here with the whereabouts of that child, and after he left, another batch of people came who were looking for the same information which was given by that man." The old man answered.
"Tell me about that old man?" Bai Hua quickly pulled out more coins and shoved them towards the old man, but he refused, "I can't accept this request as we have no knowledge of who that man was."
"You are telling me that he came and vanished like a ghost?" Ru Feng questioned as even she was eager to know who wanted to harm Xuan by leaking his whereabouts, but she only faced one thing and that was disappointment.
Bai Hua then came up with another question, "Take this and tell me about the people who were after Yu Guam and his family?"
Ru Feng nodded, she also wanted Bai Hua to ask this question. But again, the old man shoved back the coins, not refusing but suggesting, "The information you are looking for, or about whom you are looking for, isn't some normal people."
"What do you mean?" Ru Feng asked.
The old man answered, "If you wish to know that information then visit our headquarters. I have no authority here to answer that question."
Ru Feng was about to quarrel for such a strange answer, but Bai Hua got up, pulling Ru Feng too, "Thanks for the food."
"Wait!" Ru Feng tugged at Bai Hua's arm, "Are we leaving just like this?"
"We got more than we could have. Now we should return and let my husband decide." Bai Hua left the food stall, pulling Ru Feng with her.
