The two brothers walked out of the open office and there was mumbling here and there from the desk of the female employees.
The person who sat close to Kaitlyn pulled her chair backwards so she could see her, a wide grin was almost tearing through her face as she stared at Kaitlyn in a teasing way, with her eyebrows dancing in a playful manner .
"What is it ,Rose?" Kaitlyn asked as she stared at her desktop noticing the shenanigans being pulled off in her surroundings .
Rose had a wide grin on her face for a while, her curly black hair nestled on her head , beautiful golden brown eyes that sparkled with the bright lights in the building , her dark skin had a lighter tone to it as it glowed as light shone on it , making it logical to be called fair .
Her slender curvy body was pressed against the chair she sat on as she laid her back excessively on it , she had a witty energy around her and her personality was completely see through,showing every detail of friendliness in her soul .
" Nothing,I just hoped that you saw the new love of Miss Rose Denario's life …" She said with a cheeky giggle.
Kaitlyn's eyes widened as she burst into a goofy laughter, tiny droplets of tears could be seen pouring from her eyes as she laughed .
" You have a crush on Mr.substitute CEO ?! Didn't you just meet him …hahahahaha" Kaitlyn couldn't stop laughing as she stared at Rose who returned a look of disappointment and frustration .
"I was just joking mkay…and the fuck is Mr.substitute CEO ?! " Rose stated as she watched Kaitlyn giggle, she started giggling too and then it was the two of them constituting a nuisance in the office . They got reprimanded by other office workers with a loud " shushhhh!"
" Sorry …" they both pleaded in unison .

Hours later some male worker walked into the office and called the attention of everybody .
" The Presentations have been called to begin , please get your presentation ready …"
Several employees sat in the waiting room before the board room including Kaitlyn who sat holding on to a file .
Someone stepped out of the Board room's door and turned to the seated employees.
" Ms.Kaitlyn Emerson, you're next "
The lady had a warm smile on her face inviting Kaitlyn into the room , Kaitlyn rose from where she sat and walked into the room acting composed , with a smile she found it hard to put up with .
Immediately she stepped into the room, she locked eyes with him , through the strands of long white hair that poured over his face - his colorful eyes stared with amusement at Kaitlyn .
The room was filled with up to seven people, all dignitaries at the Day Tower , A strong management team behind the CEO and also sat the new CEO - Virgil and his secretary.
Virgil lit up as soon as he saw Kaitlyn again adjusting where he sat , Kaitlyn did a customary bow that they did as a tradition in their organization as a sign of greeting.
" You can start your Presentation now Ms Kaitlyn…" The lady who called Kaitlyn into the room said.
Kaitlyn could notice Virgil's eyes on her as he sat crossed leg behind the long board room table with his chin resting on his folded hands, She started to flush with red - The attention she was getting made her shy , so that as she was about to speak it was if her voice was lost .
" I…uh…I'm…Kai…Kaitlyn…Kaitlyn Emerson…"
Kaitlyn became lost , she had never been like this , why was she shy and voiceless at the point where she needed her confidence the most - Was it him ? No it wouldn't be …she thought.
Virgil saw what was happening , while the others in the board room started to get disgusted with what she was displaying,Virgil stood up to defend Kaitlyn.
" Members of the board…I'm sorry but could you at least grant me a beginners wish , Ms Kaitlyn here is having a hard time with her confidence I guess…and I know she has something to say but it's not just coming through. Why don't I access her myself later - like a reschedule ,since she's the last candidate we have that should be okay right ? " His old English accent rang through the room , with his gentlemanly charm convincing everyone in the room to listen to him .
He had this warm smile on his face that made Kaitlyn's face bright red.
"Mr Kristein…this is something that has never happened before, but since this is your government we'll agree " one of the men seated spoke .
" Thank you Dr.Randal , I like how hospitable you are …" Virgil chuckled a little , his white teeth glowing in the lighting of the room.
Kaitlyn could only watch from a distance as things played out , she was redeemed in seconds by someone who she just met , and in minutes she got another chance to present her work .
She began to wonder how nice a man would be to act like Virgil, a small smile crept on her face while she was flushing with red .
" I guess the meeting is over then …Ms Kaitlyn could you please follow me to my office immediately " Virgil said as he stood from his seat .
His corporate appearance looked so sharp and charming as he strolled out of the room , he turned to look at Kaitlyn and then gave her a wink.He walked out of the room with his secretary following behind him.
Kaitlyn got a hold of herself in seconds and started to pack up her presentation items to leave the room. She stepped out of the board room and back to her office ,dumping everything she took there on her desk .
Rose turned to look at her , abandoning her work to check on Kaitlyn .
" How'd it go ? …"
Kaitlyn turned to look at her with a stressed face
" Bad …"
Rose expressed her shock immediately "What happened ?"
" I couldn't find my voice in there , it was like I was shy …"
Rose couldn't believe her ears , so she went on to ask again.
" Stage fright ?"
Kaitlyn turned to her and gave her a weird look
" Wasn't …I'm too confident for that "
Rose snickered as she stared at Kaitlyn's funny face impression.
" Well with a face like that you sure are way too confident"
Kaitlyn giggled .
" Well …I got another chance courtesy Mr substitute CEO … which reminds me I have to be in his office now , I'll fill you in when I'm back.". She ran off, throwing Rose an impression of a kiss .
Kaitlyn hurried up the stairs and then she walked into his office. She noticed a big change in how it looked when Mr Vance still owned the office but now it was a different office, fitting for a young man with a crazy personality.
" Oh welcome ,Ms Kaitlyn…" Virgil's voice said behind the door , where he stood with a cup filled with coffee in his hands .
Kaitlyn turned to look at him , with a warm smile on her face to appreciate his kindness.
" So I'm really lost , and I'd want you to bring me back…why were you so nice to someone you haven't met before despite my shortcomings."
Kaitlyn immediately asked as she walked into the room completely.
" Ouuuu…you're a fast one " Virgil said and stretched out his hands ,handing her a cup of coffee .
She has a confused look on her face as she accepted the cup , Virgil still had that warm captivating smile on his face which made her face flush red a little .
She silently admitted that he was a charming young man capable of stealing her heart .
" See Ms Kaitlyn, I heard around before I came that you are the most outstanding worker here …from your departmental work to other works , you've always turned up . So you see I've always wanted to meet the Ms Kaitlyn my brother;Vance always praised." Virgil said .
"Oh …" Kaitlyn stared with the cup of coffee sitting in her hands , completely shocked with what she was hearing.
" The main reason Vance brought me here was so I could link up , and get to know you …He's always wanted you to be his sister in-law and I have to fulfill his wish" Virgil warm attitude made his words seem different and genuine,because the more red her face flushes with,the more she continued to cloud her head with weird thoughts, making her completely lost in his eyes .
But as soon as she snapped back she had the shocked inquisitive expression on her face .
" What ?! …"
