The sun rose over the shore that morning, the air was thick, filled with the scent of salt and sea life , the area was filled with sounds of the gentle roar of waves .
The sea , a vast expanse of turquoise,meets the horizon in a seamless blend with the sky ,with waves , rhythmic, crashing onto the white sands of the shore. The distant calls of seagulls added to the symphony of the shore . A small walkway made with wood was rooted into the sands and on it stood a young lady immersed with the beauty of the sea before her, her long dark hair flustered over her face as the wind gently blew on her .
The young lady stood out with her striking features, her black hair cascading down her back like a waterfall of night. Her looks were rich and lustrous, framing her heart-shaped face and accentuating her bright, expressive eyes. Her skin had a warm, golden glow, complementing her dark tresses perfectly. A subtle smile played on her lips, her thick ,curvy and delicate build showed in full glory as her nightgown pressed on her body due to the wind that blew against it.
She was like a goddess in human form , and the sea acknowledged her beauty .
She started humming a certain song as she stood , then she felt like she could hear a guitar playing the same tune somewhere on the shore. She followed the sound , walking slowly as if she was moving her legs to the rhythm.
On the white sands sat a young man,the charming young man sat with his black hair tousled, pouring over his charming face, his fingers deftly dancing across the guitar strings. The music flowed from him like a gentle stream, captivating the attention of everything around. His eyes sparkled like emeralds ,green and filled with passion as he strummed the chords while staring at the sea, his face although cold and expressionless,still had a glint of joy as he played the song . The way he lost himself in the melody was mesmerizing, drawing everything around him into the beauty of what he played.
He started to hum the song , and then the young lady who was walking up to him started to hum the song too ,she became too lost in the music as she heard the guitar play .
Then all of a sudden the guitar stopped playing, then a thick cold voice flowed through the air .
" I never really thought there was someone who liked this song with me…" as the young lady opened her eyes, she saw the charming young man standing before her ,with his green eyes glimmering and staring straight into her own dark eyes .
His black hair ruffled over his face,his pale white skin hiding under a black trendy jacket, with a scarf around his neck.
His lips curled into a gentle smile,despite his intimidating appearance, the smile softened his features, and his green eyes sparkled with warmth. The eyes seemed almost incongruous with his cold expression, as if they belonged to a different persona altogether. Yet, in this moment, they added a subtle hint of mystery to his smile.
The young lady got captivated in his charms but managed to blurt out something in the end .
" Ummm…I've loved it ever since I heard it " She said as she stared into his green eyes .
The young man stepped back and gave her another gentle smile
" Well, we are both rare species at this point, cause the world out there doesn't really take the song as seriously as we do,hehehe…"
The young man chuckled as he spoke. The young lady seemed quite reserved as she stared at the charming young man. He noticed her eyes were fixed on his face .
" Oh ,where are my manners…My name's Damon, Damon Crimson" The young man said as he held his hand out , the young lady placed one of her hands on his and then Damon placed a gentle kiss on it .
Lost but amazed , the young lady managed to reply .
" My name's Kaitlyn… Kaitlyn Emerson " she couldn't help but stare and wonder how a young man could ever exist and have such looks .
" Kaitlyn…that's a beautiful name…" Damon said as he started to pack his guitar, the sun was already coming out fully and it felt like he was stung by its light .
" I'm sorry I have to cut our meeting this short , but I'm not much of a sun person, but…" He pulled out his phone from his pocket .
" Maybe I can get your number and text , besides I come here to play once in a while, so maybe I could ring you up when I come around."
Kaitlyn could only nodas she collected his phone and she quickly typed her digits on his phone , a smile was stuck on her face as she couldn't believe what was happening, a meet cute at such early morning just cause she had good taste in music .
" So I'll text you later today okay …I've got to go , I have a meeting at 10 this morning and I'm going to be very late if I stay here any longer " Damon said with a smile and immediately reality dawned on Kaitlyn .
" What's the time ?! " she managed to speak confidently now.
Damon checked his phone again.
" It's 7:12 already…"
Kaitlyn screamed inside her head, she was late, she knew it …
" I've got to go too hmmm…Mr…"
Damon smiled and helped her complete her sentence
"Damon…"
Kaitlyn smiled and said. " Yes , Mr Damon…You can text later , I'd reply anytime, anyday . I've got to go now …"
Damon watched as she dashed off on the wooden walkway , a smile appeared on his face as he mumbled to himself.
" That's the most beautiful human I've encountered in my entire existence."

Salt lake city , it was as busy as a hive that morning , towering buildings reflecting sunlight on the city below, the highways were busy , stalks had begun to open , a large number of people were walking up and down the center of the city .
Kaitlyn walked towards one of the Towering buildings , with a sign that said 'Day Tower ' , it was a 20 floor building that housed the biggest journalism enterprise in the entire city .
She walked towards the entrance where an Automated sign in machine was to check her in , the automated voice spoke to her

Kaitlyn adjusted her clothes , clearing out the folds and ruffles that were on them as she answered
" Kaitlyn Emerson , employee code ; WD22//0//6//25"
The automated AI checked her in immediately with a welcome message.
[>Welcome Miss Emerson…you're a bit late today? <]
Kaitlyn smiled and replied
" You wouldn't believe me if I explained AMO , teehee " She said with a tiny chuckle, her face flushed with enough red to paint the town .
[> I sure hope you're okay , Miss Emerson…<]
Kaitlyn smiled as she walked into the Elevator, putting aside the hair that got in her face .
"I'm very fine , AMO "

The elevator stopped and the doors opened slowly, Kaitlyn met a bunch of people who were entering the elevator as she was getting out.
She exchanged greetings with each of them and walked straight to her office. Immediately she walked into the room ,she blurted out.
" Sorry I'm late…"
Everyone turned to look at her from their desks. There were two other people in their large office of people that were not regulars. She recognized one of them as the CEO of the company but then the other was someone she didn't know before.
The other young man shared a strong resemblance with the CEO but his own features gave him more of the charm , his white hair pouring over his face like a shower of beautiful long silk , his eyes didn't have a dominant color sometimes they looked blue, sometimes they went grey like they were made from the mix of colors . He gave a warm smile towards Kaitlyn as she walked into the room allowing his charm to radiate into the room , Kaitlyn could see several ladies gooning over his looks as he stood at the center of the room , his corporate black suit pressed against his tall ,athletic build .
" Miss Emerson, I'll pardon your lateness today ,since it's not one of your qualities …" The CEO said as he waved off the white hair that got in his face , he seemed a little older than the other guy with a 20 or 30 year age difference , the same qualities but a difference in charm and maturity.
" Alright Mr.Kristein …" Kaitlyn immediately obliged and had her seat as she listened to the CEO continue talking.
" To fill Miss Emerson in on what has been said here this morning, I'd like to ask her to get her presentation for the board ready , and also …there's been a change in governance. Right here is my brother ;a splitting image of me ready to take on the mantle of leadership. He just arrived from overseas and is doing me a good favor by taking over this company ,so I can focus on the remaining companies in our family name. So as I was saying , I…Vance Kristein is passing the role of the CEO and managing director to my brother; Virgil Kristein." Vance said as he started to walk towards the door.
Virgil had that warm smile on his face as he stared at his brother who gave him the floor to speak .
" Hi everyone, I'm Virgil Kristein, the supposedly new CEO of the Day Tower. I'm a pretty open person, so no need for formalities…if you have any suggestions or things to say I'll be available to hear you all out ,so I'll say you should continue your work for now and then those presenting should meet the board later today. Once again thank you all for accepting me on quick notice."
The captivating smile that rested on Virgil's face and the beautiful old English accent he had made his introductory speech a lot more than what it was.
