The darkness closes in around me like a shroud, the only sound the pounding of my heart. I just reconnected with life, reality – whatever it is – I'm back. And I'm not going to let what happened define me. I'm taking control.
Memories of Zoe's smile still linger, but I know the truth now. Behind a bright and shiny smile, she was wearing a woven mask of deceit. We were friends, or so I thought. She manipulated me, using her charm and our friendship to orchestrate my downfall. And Mozak, my fiancé, was oblivious to her true intentions. He fell for her lies, and together they plotted my demise.
I'm back now, and I'm determined to expose the truth. Zoe thinks she's won, but she's wrong. I'll uncover her secrets, and I'll make her pay for what she's done."
I heard a loud squeal and all of a sudden "Zoe bounced up to me, excitement radiating from her. 'Let's go to the cinema! It'll be so much fun!' she squealed.
I felt a surge of adrenaline, knowing my car had been tampered with. But Zoe was too caught up in her own enthusiasm to notice my unease. She grabbed my arm, pulling me towards her car.

'I'm fine, really,' I said, trying to brush off Mozak's concern. But Zoe's eyes never left us, her smile growing wider as she leaned back in her seat.
'So, what's the plan for today?' she asked, her voice dripping with innocence. But I knew better. There was always an ulterior motive with Zoe."
"Zoe's attempts at friendliness were like a thin layer of ice, fragile and easily breakable. Dirock's disdain for her was palpable, but Zoe didn't seem to notice or care. She continued to chat amiably, her words dripping with sweetness.
Dirok's responses were curt, his tone clipped. He clearly didn't want to engage with Zoe, but she persisted, trying to draw him into conversation. I watched the exchange with interest, wondering what Zoe's endgame was ''
