It didn't take Leo long to convince Darlek and Ray to train all night.
Humanity is in the age of extinction, and Darlek has great vitality, so it would be a waste not to use it.
Chi is the vital energy of trees. It contains a small amount of mana, and absorbing it into the body enhances an individual's vitality and activity to superhuman levels.
Controlling chi takes it a step further. By controlling your own vitality, an individual can enhance parts of their body with tremendous vital energy or enhance the healing of parts of their body.
If the strength of an adult is equal to 1, then the strength of a body enhanced with chi in the right way is 8.
It is also worth mentioning that chi contains a little mana. Humans are a lower race than those who can benefit from mana. It is like trying to benefit from dark energy or control black holes.
However, prolonged exposure to chi makes the body slightly eligible to benefit from mana.
Only slightly.
There is a faster way, of course: destroying the body's cells and healing them repeatedly, making chi essential for the continuation of life.
Most classes benefit from one of the two.
At first, humanity tried to exchange experiences and skills across classes to achieve maximum benefit, but it was like poison, preventing classes from advancing or slowing them down indefinitely.
Each class comes with acquired skills and techniques. If a person is reckless and merges these skills in the wrong way or contaminates them with skills from other classes, they will lose their way and never exceed the G classification.
Like Coach Mark
He continued to train the three for hours and hours, but his efficiency was the best.
Darlick quickly learned [Vertical Sword Cut] and developed it into [Descending Sword Cut].
He also learned [Sword Maneuver] and developed it.
Now they were in a training match between Darlick and Ray.
Darlick and Ray stood in the arena, eyes on them, the atmosphere charged with silence and anticipation.
They had become a little famous recently because of their crazy training.
Acquiring H+ skills on the first day was no coincidence, and the first ones to acquire the trait were no coincidence either.
And they strive for more.
Ray moved first, rushing like an arrow, his sword aimed at Darlick's chest.
A direct application of [Precise Sword Strike].
The latter lowered himself smoothly, turned his body to take advantage of the momentum, and sent a low kick towards Ray's leg.
[Sword Form] is a skill developed from [Sword Maneuvering], the latter being the switching between stances, feints, and maneuvers.
[Sword Form] takes it a step further, making it fluid, taking advantage of momentum and the opponent's posture.
Ray jumped to the side, balanced himself, and lunged again, his wooden sword coming down from above using [Descending Sword Cut].
Darlick raised his arms crossed to block the blow, sliding backward under the force of the collision.
Two steps, then a jump, and now Darlick attacks, his punches fast and focused.
Ray retreats, blocking one after another, until Darlick surprises him with an elbow strike to the shoulder.
Ray shook, but his feet were planted firmly on the ground, and he lunged forward like a beast, pushing Darlick back.
Their bodies collided, their swords clashed, pushing and pulling, trying to knock the opponent down.
Darlick slid backward and spun on his heel, a swift roundhouse kick striking Ray's side.
Ray retreated, then lunged forward like lightning, his sword moving in a tight arc, aiming for Darlick's ribs. Mufala [wide sword cut]
Leaning his body, dodging precisely, Darlick grabbed Ray's wrist and pulled.
Ray rolled on the ground, quickly regained his balance, then lunged through him with a straight thrust toward Darlick's neck.
Darlick's physical strength gave him a clear advantage in the end.
The latter raised his sword, blocked it, absorbed the blow, and responded with a kick to his opponent's stomach
Exchanges, lunges, spins, sweat flying, rapid breathing
Until the two stood facing each other, chests rising and falling, eyes ablaze.
Then they both lowered themselves into a ready position again. The duel was not over yet.
The two exchanged glances, both tired but with stubbornness burning in their eyes.
One had determination and would never give up, the other had courage and feared no challenge.
Ray took a step, jumped up, his body spinning in the air, and came down with a precise sword strike, applying two skills at the same time.
Darlick planted his feet, raised his arm, and the clash was violent, the air around them cut.
Ray lands on the ground, taking advantage of Darlick's shock for a split second, using the momentum in a quick circular motion, his sword piercing the distance, targeting Darlick's neck.
The latter bends at the last moment, spinning around, his hand rising to strike Ray's side.
Ray's body shakes, but he quickly turns around, his fist striking the side of Darlick's jaw.
He takes a step back, blood glistening at the corner of his mouth.
But the smile is there, just a flash.
At this point, the swords are already broken.
He lunged forward, kicking Ray in the stomach, pushing him back, then jumping over him, spinning in the air and landing behind him.
A quick blow between the shoulder and neck.
Ray lost his balance, but his body did not fall. He twisted his torso and sent a punch straight into Darlick's chest.
The two fall to the ground, the collision knocking them both down.
But Ray gets up first, standing on one knee, breathing heavily.
Darlick rolls over, props himself up, slowly rises, pain evident on his face, but he doesn't give up.
They run again, as if fatigue awakens vitality.
A blow, a block, a twist, a feint, a dodge
But Darlick's vitality wins out
Ray's fatigue flashes, he slips by mistake
He tries to regain his balance quickly, but Darlick won't leave him alone, kicking him in the side of the face to fuel his momentum
Ray flies through the air, blood dripping from his mouth, the distance between them now only a few meters.
They could continue, but the goal of the duel is to break the swords.
"Okay, that's enough," Leo claps his hands and ends the match.
Everyone remained silent.
Then a single clap rang out, then another, and then the arena erupted with applause.
"How did they do it? It's only been a few days."
"Are these even our skills?"
"It's well known that Rainard is the son of one of the trainers. Of course he taught his son his skills and then shared them with his friends."
"But that's a flagrant violation of the law. I'm going to report them."
"I will too."
"My friend said that the first confrontation was with the skill [Pointed Sword Strike], which is an upgrade from [Straight Sword Strike]."
"Are you saying that they have already developed their sword skills? I am still learning [Vertical Sword Cut] and have not developed any skills."
"I am learning [Sword Maneuver]."
"I feel like I am the slowest here. I am still struggling with [Straight Sword Strike]."
Darlick and Ray stopped and looked at each other.
It seems that the only way to stop courage and determination is justice.
"Merged the two skills theoretically? What the hell is that?" Darlick went to the seating area and talked to him while drinking water.
"Yes, I expect that merging [Falling Sword Cut] and [Precision Sword Strike] will produce something like this. I took the falling and acceleration parts from the former and used the acceleration to activate the latter to perform a precise stab instead of a cut." He ate an apple while explaining proudly.
"I also expect that we can merge the rest of the skills with the same logic. There are many possibilities, such as executing the thrust of [Pointed Sword Strike] and executing [Wide Sword Cut]." He pointed in the air to simulate it in his imagination.
[Pointed Sword Strike] is executed with a thrust and then a precise stab.
The [wide sword cut] is performed with a wide horizontal cut.
The [falling sword cut] is performed by falling, lowering, or raising the sword.
[Sword Form] is dodging, maneuvering, exploiting openings, and changing positions and skills.
"After saying it this way, there are indeed possibilities to merge them and execute various movements. It is indeed the way to achieve basic sword technique," Darlick pointed in the air.
"According to the instructor, basic sword technique stems from the skills we have learned without merging or modifying them, and then comes the task of creating our own technique using our skills and characteristics," Leo interjected, as he was the only one among them who had mastered basic sword technique.
"Why don't you teach us, Mr. Genius?" Ray raised his eyebrows.
"If you are truly incapable of figuring out basic sword techniques, how will you develop your own techniques?" He raised his eyebrows in response.
"I think we get it. It just takes some training and practice, and we'll do it. Let's go meditate." He looked outside. It was now 10 a.m.
The three went to the meditation room, which had become an important place after many things had happened there.
"Give me a moment first, status window."

'The description praises me, I guess, even though I cheated and will pay the price.
[Chi Control] is supposed to be innate, so it can be developed in all its forms, but he didn't do that and had to choose one path or not develop it at all.
He also cannot merge [chi control] with all his skills and make it an integral part of his being.
"I will choose living beings, because chi is life energy and also enhances the mana of inanimate objects immeasurably." He still regrets a little that he rushed into cheating instead of learning slowly.
But it is the only way to catch up with the son of a hero and the son of an elite. Even after they obtain [chi breathing], he will still be ahead of them in this regard.
Ray and Leo sat next to each other and began to meditate. Darlick came behind them and placed a hand on each of their backs. He began to breathe the chi and control it inside his body, directing it to his palm.
Although he was unable to direct it outside his body, the presence of pure chi near them would help them speed up the process considerably.
The air began to turn green and the wind gathered around them.
The air merged with the chi, reached his lungs, entered his bloodstream, spread throughout his body, and then directed a little of it to his arms.
Ray and Leo immediately felt the change, and their bodies greedily absorbed the surrounding chi. Although their ability was limited to breathing in the surrounding air without determining the amount of chi in it, most of the air was now chi.
After a while, he activated [Basic Cultivation Technique] and noticed the change. The distribution of qi became more efficient and more targeted, filling him with vitality and permanently strengthening his body to the greatest extent. After all, you cannot strengthen your body randomly. All organs are connected to each other, and a malfunction in one of them causes a disaster, but the technique provides the correct knowledge to progress safely, even though it is innate.
This means that [deep meditation] in the presence of qi provided this knowledge to Darlick, and thus it became innate, as he already knew it before he acquired it.
He became immersed in a feeling of intoxication and satisfaction, trying to resist and succeeding a little
Just a little
Time passed quickly, and six hours went by.
Leo and Ray did it, but they didn't move. They did [chi breathing] immediately.
If the green color looked like a beautiful spectrum, it now looked like a cloud of gas.
The chi rushed into their blood immediately, and a virtuous cycle of increased strength began.
