It took half an hour for them to arrive at the place where the armoury was located. The place was far from the city, hidden deep inside a forest which was heavily guarded, and for someone to have bombed half of it, it was clear they must have used an insider. Jiang Qi was the first to get out of the car, his expression unreadable, and Shen Yi followed quickly from the other side of the car door. The bodyguards, including Xu Bo and Yao Zhen, were already lined up in strict formation, each one heavily armed. Jiang Qi lifted his eyes and gazed at the half-burnt building, his expression carrying something that could not easily be explained. After a moment, he walked around the car and reached Shen Yi's side, taking his hand firmly.
"Stay close." His voice was low but steady.
Shen Yi did not argue. He only gave a small nod and replied simply,"Mm."
