Synopsis
In the Enlightenment Calendar, known as the Rising Era, approximately 500 billion years ago, a former ruler and transcendent being existed in the World of Zephyros. Now, after 500 billion years have passed, he has ascended to Godhood, governing Time and Space. Currently, we are in the Empyrean Calendar, the End Era, where he has been slumbering in an unknown location within the cosmos. During his slumber, he recalled something from his mortal life: a beloved game he played throughout his existence called Azur Lane, which has both an anime and manga adaptation; however, his favorite experience was playing the game itself. Out of boredom, he decided, "Why not create my own world inspired by Azur Lane? A being like me can do this, as long as I have the information I can remember." With that thought, he awakened from his slumber and wrote a message to 'them' about his intention to engage in creative work using this empty cosmos to recreate the memories he held dear.

Chapter 1 - Creation of Azur Lane #1

[Unknown Universe — Unknown Solar System — Unknown World]

Valerius Thalion Ironheart, or simply Vale, is a godlike entity who arrived in an unknown world that had not yet been discovered by others or even himself. He began by naming the universe, the solar system, and the planet where he would initiate his creation.

"By the power of Conceptual Manipulation, I name this universe Vastellum. Next, I name this solar system Aetherium Ring. Lastly, I name this world Zephyros." With the power of Conceptual Manipulation, Vale gives form and identity to an otherwise undefined entity. By naming something, he assigns it a role, shape, and meaning in existence, declaring, "This is what you are and what you will become." In essence, naming equates to locking a concept into the fabric of reality.

Once a name is assigned, the concept becomes real. Naming a world "Vastellum" conveys vastness and power; "Aetherium Ring" suggests a mystical essence; and "Zephyros" evokes a realm of soft skies and memories.

The next step is Information Manipulation, where the name is embedded into the universe's data structure, making it "known" to reality. Following that is Creation, which finalizes the structure or being once the name is given, as naming completes the blueprint.

Using the power of Perception Manipulation (soft), Vale and his future creations can interpret the names of the universe, solar system, and world based on their names. However, Vale has no intention of revealing the existence of the outside world, including space and beyond, during these early times.

Lastly, with Symbolic Authority, the one who names holds sovereignty over the creation. Therefore, Vale, the Creator, names the universe and effectively claims it as his own, ensuring that no one is allowed to interfere. To enforce this, Vale immediately employs the power of Law Manipulation after using Conceptual Manipulation, Information Manipulation, Creation, and Perception Manipulation. With Law Manipulation, he can create, rewrite, or enforce the fundamental laws that govern how reality behaves within a given space. This includes laws related to physics, metaphysics, causality, logic, time, and even morality.

Using the Law Manipulation, he created:

1. Block Dimensional Travel: "No being may enter or exit this universe unless they are born within it."

2. Deny Power Access: "Foreign energy systems — like magic, divine essence, or alien tech — are instantly nullified."

3. Enforce Cosmic Sovereignty: "Only beings recognized by the System of this Universe are allowed to act here."

4. Alter Causality for Outsiders: "Any outsider who tries to interfere has their actions reversed or erased retroactively."

5. Mimic Anti-Hacking: "If someone tries to alter thsi universe, the law instantly reconstructs reality to ignore them."

Vale employs strict laws that state, "This universe rejects all foreign concepts, powers, and entities unless authorized by the Creator." This law prevents dimensional invaders from entering, automatically strips powers from interlopers, erases anomalies caused by outsiders, and seals off the entire multiverse layer unless Vale opens a gate.

Vale then strengthens the Law Manipulation by adding Concept and Information Manipulation to really tighten it:

1. Conceptual Layer: Define "Outsider" as "Any entity not birthed from the universe's concept."

2. Law Layer: "Outsiders are denied influence, presence, and identity here."

3. Information Layer: If any data from another realm enters, it is instantly corrected or deleted.

This triple-lock system — reality won't even acknowledge the outsider exists. Vale also included Exceptions and Access Keys, like: "Only those invited by the Creator may enter" and "Those who carry a fragment of my essence are authorized." Vale can be the root admin of all causality in his world, and no one gets in unless he says so.

[Vastellum — Aetherium Ring — Zephyros]

With the power of Energy Manipulation, Vale has direct control over various forms of energy, including kinetic, thermal, nuclear, spiritual, and cosmic force. Vale uses this ability to transform the desolate world filled with water. Through Energy Manipulation, Vale can collect or generate large quantities of hydrogen and oxygen—either by gathering atoms or cosmic particles from deep space or by creating them through matter-energy conversion.

Next, he fused the elements together using intense pressure and temperature manipulation to form H2O (water) molecules. With this, he released a planetary-scale amount of liquid water into the atmosphere, resulting in the formation of clouds and then rain. Finally, he utilized conceptual manipulation to assign the water its behavior, declaring, "This is a self-sustaining hydrosphere."

However, since he didn't specify the exact definition initially, he used conceptual manipulation again and stated, "This water is enriched with dissolved minerals and salts to simulate marine oceans." As a result, he transformed the desolate world, filling it with saltwater instead of freshwater.

Now that Vale had completely filled the desolate world with 100% saltwater, it was time to create islands, archipelagos, and continents. He desired the landscape to resemble Azur Lane, he aimed to recreate the world he knew during his first life: Planet Earth. However, there was a challenge—the World of Zephyros is 50 times larger than Earth. Despite this issue, he began to create an imitation of Earth's terrain at a scale 50 times larger.

Vale harnesses the power of Energy Manipulation to raise tectonic formations, pushing molten planetary crust upward from the ocean floor. He then carves the landscape with precision using directed seismic energy, slowly recreating how the Earth looked before his first life ended. However, he has forgotten some details, so he decides to utilize an ability from Space Manipulation—specifically, Portal Manipulation, which is a refined subset focused on safe transit. This technique is often used for travel, teleportation, or retrieval. Vale aims to acquire a world map of Earth from "that world."

[Unknown Location — Separate World — Celestial Citadel Empire]

The Celestial Citadel Empire was established and ruled by Former God Emperor Valerius Thalion Ironheart. He governs a separate world and space using his extraordinary abilities, primarily controlling Time and Space throughout the cosmos. The reasons for this separation are unknown and don't require explanation, as they are not central to the story.

In the Citadel Imperial Grand Archive, all memories from his previous lives are recorded and preserved for billions of years. Valerius has experienced ten different cycles of reincarnation, and now, in his eleventh reincarnation, he has lived for over a billion years, meaning he has never truly experienced death and rebirth.

[Citadel Imperial Grand Archive — First Life Record Section]

With the ability to use Portal Teleportation, he entered the first section where all his memories from his first life were stored and preserved. "Grand Scholars, help me search the World Map of Earth during the 20th Century," he commanded. All the Grand Scholars stopped their work and followed the command of their creator.

When Vale ascended to Godhood, he created his own universe and founded his new home during his eleventh life, at the age of over 1000 years. This made Vale the Creator of this world and the first founding God Emperor of it. This information, however, is not essential to the current task.

After receiving the World Map of Earth during the 20th century, Vale gave his final command: "Grand Scholars, do not tell anyone I came here, including 'them'." All of them nodded in agreement as Vale returned to the portal and continued carving the world of Zephyros. To finish his work quickly, Vale used Time Manipulation to accelerate his progress, completing it in just one second.
