Chapter 3 - Remember
"Big brother when we grow up will we get married?"
Feeling my face go scarlet I try to deflect the question "Why do you always call me brother, we're just friends?"
Saying in an upset and quiet voice "You're the big brother I all ways wanted"
"Ok, ok you can call me brother." Looking at her face starting to tear up I gave in. wiping the few tears forming at the corner of her eyes I pat her head and plan to head home for the day.
Watching her skipping off happily I notice something at the corner of my eye…
Suddenly waking up, feeling the sweat going down my back I look at the elf lying on my chest with a happy smile on her face. … But all I see is that girl. "It's just an old childhood memory I happened to remember due to the situation."
After moving Aura to the side without waking her, I leave the room and create a bathroom and kitchen at the end of the bedroom area. Washing my face, I get ready and view the world that has paused since the recent fast forward.

I was quite amazed! The system has a feature that allows me to see past events. While viewing records on important occurrences I can see the system did some isolated time skips, so each race could evolve and after certain requirements, including a spoken language the system would pause the world.
I also notice that non-system races do not have access to the systems used in my world. My races only received access to the systems after reaching the system requirements. The knowledge I received after being reborn only gave me a basic understanding of the rough operations of the system. Many fine details of the creator system I still don't understand fully and is a mystery to me. The systems I purchase from the market give even fewer details about them since it would be impossible to give such large amounts of information in the market's item description.
The Beastkin and elves have begun building the start of civilization. The human and dwarfs are not far off, however they are still just scattered tribes right now. It should take around a hundred-odd years for them to start building larger settlements. The average Human/dwarf tribe has only a few hundred people however, larger tribes with around five hundred people have started to appear in a few places.
The elves have colonized a large forest and are in the process of creating towns with roughly a thousand people on average. They have even started on a written language that seems to be based on runes. Looking at the unlocked classes they have unlocked a few variants of the mage class.
Mage, Arch Mage, Rune warrior, and Druid are the mage-class jobs the elves were able to unlock since being able to use the system. The game system randomly gives you a job at birth. After leveling up you can level up one of your currently unlocked classes or use the point to unlock a class they have met the requirements to use. To get special classes like rune warrior you have to meet certain requirements.
To be legible for 'rune warrior' you must have a rune permanently placed on your body. The elves did this by carving a rune directly onto the person or by branding the person using a hot carved rock. The system considers these as an acceptable way of marking themselves.
"Maybe I should try introducing tattoos since that is just painful.
Looking down at one of the large settlements I spotted something quite strange. They were using simple metal tools. Every other tribe was still using stone tools while somehow this tribe managed to learn to smith tools. While looking around the settlement to see what could have made them so much more advance than the Stone Age settlements surrounding it. I spotted a simple alter with what I could only guess as offerings.
Spotting the markings on the alter I was stupefied. "Goddess Aura Huh…? When did she set this up, I knew gods could interact with the world but she has been with me most of the time. When did she manage to get this all done?" Right on cue, the elf goddess walked in with nothing but my shirt on.
With a scarlet face, Aura sits next to me in the conference room. "What are you up to Nathan?"
While looking at the embarrassed expressions on Aura's face I explain my confusion with the elves. "You see… Deities have unique minds, while part of our mind is up here, we can split part of our conscience to allow us to listen to prayers and we can focus on a few places at once as well. Because we have sentience our ability to multi-task is worse than the A.I. God's, however, the benefit of a normal deity is that we won't go on a genocidal rampage if you give us the wrong order"
Looking at her in pure terror I nearly cried. I have already assigned an A.I. God to run my afterlife if it goes on a rampage it wouldn't be good. "What do you mean genocidal rampage? Why and how would they go on a rampage? "
While looking at me with her playful smile "They are idiots that's why. If you were to order them to end a war for example, if the most efficient way was to kill everyone it would. It has no conscience and it does everything with pure efficiency. That's why they are so cheap."
Looking relieved because the afterlife system is quite clear on where people go and the rules for each floor.
"That's a relief I'm glad you told me before I bought one to do a stupid job. Thanks, Aura." Giving her a quick kiss, her face goes bright red."
After blushing and looking shy for a while she begins to explain she has been directing the elves to advance quicker in certain areas by giving people visions on how to do things. She taught them how to smith, and shortly after began integrating magic heavily into their culture due to Aura being the goddess of magic. She also made some prominent people her priests and priestesses so the people in the village would start worshipping her.
Aura has asked for different types of plants, seeds, and metals as offerings so she could experiment on them later. Even though we can make any mineral or plant that exists in our world, however, to be able to take them down to the planet we would have to spend CP if we don't use materials from our world.
After she finished explaining everything she has done with the elves we decided to make some breakfast in the kitchen before doing some experimenting in aura's new magic lab.
This is how the second day started.
Side Story – Bragging At the Superior Creation Gods gathering!
Zeus was sat down at a table with 6 others. He sat there with a big grin listening to their conversation.
Superior god 1 "My most recent child already has expanded his control to 5 worlds. He is a genius that only comes around once every few thousand years"
Superior god 2 "That's nothing my new child has already advanced his world to tier 3 in just 20 years."
Superior god 3 "Unlike a certain snobbish god who hasn't picked a child the past several times. My child has manually come up with a new type of tier 2 class ship, that outclasses any standard ship designs you can buy from the market."
Superior god 4 "Wahaha that's nothing my child has created an ultimate race on his evolution world that could destroy most standard races."
Superior god 5 "My child single-handedly defeated a tier 3 monster while his worlds were still only tier 2. It's a shame some people can't even find anyone."
Superior god 6 Looking at the others nervously. "And what if my child has not achieved as much as yours yet, but at least I have a child that is doing something, unlike a certain god who doesn't seem to be able to find anyone even slightly talented."
As Zeus sat there with an even bigger grin on his face all the other gods looked at him with surprise since he didn't react like he normally does. Zeus is the kindest of the 7 superior gods, so the more violent gods try to cause trouble with him so they were quite used to his reactions.
Zeus- "Wahaha", because Zeus started laughing the other gods looked at him with worried or shocked expressions.
Superior god 6 "I think we picked on the old man too much and he went senile"
Zeus- "No, no that's not it. I have a new child."
Superior god 3 "Your child is probably just some second-rate talent you picked up to stop us from picking on you! wahaha"
While looking angrily at Superior god 3 Zeus spoke. "Don't you remember 2 thousand years ago? when you tried to invade my faction's worlds and your armies were decimated. If I remember several of your children died also. I think my new child is one of the most promising I have ever seen. He may even be able to sit beside us one of these days"
Superior god 5 "Your just bragging senile old fool"
Zeus looks condescendingly at Superior god 5 "When have I ever come to our meetings to brag, isn't it you old geezers. That's why all of you geezers waste so much Creation energy every few hundred years on a bunch of wastes."
While four of the superior gods of creation were arguing, Nathan and Aura were flirting and eating breakfast but Little does he know he has attracted the attention of some of the most powerful beings known by all creators?

I have just numbered the other superior gods for now. I plan to base them on real gods and I don't want to ruin the fun of guessing their personality and which god there will be.
Sorry about the late upload again. I had an internet outage again. They have been doing work in my area and my internet has been terrible.
The level limit can be raised, it is just on its default setting right now.
There may be no upload in the next day or two since I am trying to get a backlog of some chapters. Some of my future chapters need to be written together so I am aiming to get some more chapters fully written out.
