Qing's emotionless explanation only caused Third Hokage to mentally grumble even more: "That's it? They're dangerous just for that?"
"Qing, you're making a mountain out of a molehill. According to your logic, nearly one-third of our villagers would fall into your so-called terrorist category. In my opinion, they're just dancing and partying over by Commercial Street. Later, I'll ask Elder Kazushi to keep an eye on things and that should be fine."
"Understood, Third Hokage. However, I have this feeling they won't choose to gather near Commercial Street. Also, I'd like to suggest permanently banning Shen Uchiha from operating any DJ equipment."
"Cough... Konoha cannot possibly restrict his personal freedoms. And if the ban is permanent, can you guarantee he wouldn't come up with something even worse?"
After thinking for several minutes, Qing finally replied, "Third Hokage, I can't make that guarantee. However, I recommend banning him from conducting any kind of research whatsoever."
Growing increasingly grim, Third Hokage had the distinct feeling that Qing was specifically targeting Shen. Before he could open his mouth to question further, a single deafening voice echoing through the entire village stopped him cold.
"Konoha villagers, good evening! This is your DJ Shen!"
Recognizing the familiar voice immediately, Third Hokage hastily grabbed his hat and rushed out. He already knew this kind of chaos couldn't have come from Commercial Street.
"It's been quite a while since we last met, and I've missed you all dearly. Let's get this party started—uh, I mean, let's raise our hands and start the count!"
"Ten!"
"Nine!"
"Three!"

Following Shen's wildly energetic announcement, massive numbers of clubbing enthusiasts across Konoha poured out of their homes, gathering at open spaces throughout the village.

A mighty resounding "Hey!" from the enthusiastic crowd reverberated through the skies above Konoha. Naturally, Shen didn't want to recreate the classic awkward moment from his previous life.

"Before long, even those who had initially disliked clubbing and considered it too noisy were caught up in the excitement of the enthusiasts around them. "It's just a scallion. No wonder it didn't hurt when it hit me." He picked up the scallion and sniffed it.
"Hmm, why does it smell so strange? It almost seems like it's been left for a long time. Could this be premeditated?"
Before he could finish thinking, he was already mentally overwhelmed by an annoying tune.
"Ara caca li-di di-di la-ba leng-libang"
This catchy phrase combined with the sharp, playful background music made all the people of Konoha go crazy. Right now they were swinging their scallions around like drumsticks, totally losing themselves in the madness.

All the Uchiha clan members outwardly wore encouraging expressions as they listened to this declaration, but inwardly they had been repeatedly commenting on it since they'd heard these words countless times over the past six months.
"What kind of lyrics are these? Why do they get more addictive the more I listen?"
Confused yet intrigued, Kazushi quickly gathered his men and headed into the village to track down the mastermind behind it all.
On the rooftop of the Ninja Academy, a certain DJ hiding there was singing into a microphone according to memory while operating his equipment with the other hand.
"Hey everyone, is it sounding good? If no one speaks up, I'll take that as a yes!"
Behind him, Little Iceberg looked at him with obvious disapproval.
"Today I, Shen Uchiha, have graduated and become a chunin! So keep the party going! The people of Konoha can rest assured — I will definitely hold events like this EDM Festival frequently!"
Completely unaware of the dangerous gaze coming from behind him, the excited Shen shouted into his microphone, continuing to spout provocative remarks without any sense of impending danger.
"First, I want to thank my parents for giving me life. Without them, I wouldn't be here in this world bringing joy to all of you."
Kazushi paused as he led his clansmen through the village, searching house by house.
"This kid sure knows how to say sentimental things. The wind is pretty strong tonight," he said, wiping his eyes with his hand.
The Uchiha clansmen all felt somewhat frustrated. Their clan leader was clearly moved by Kazushi's words, yet refused to admit it. Seeing the slight redness around his eyes, they all felt a bit relieved for a moment.
"The second young master has truly grown up! He even remembers to express gratitude to Clan Head and Clan Head's wife!"
"Yeah, yeah! Seems like our clan can finally catch a break for once."
As his clansmen got caught up in the moment, Kazushi quietly brushed away tears from his face. Earlier, he kept tilting his head up so the tears wouldn't fall.
