The scorching heat made everyone suffer in agony.
It was as if even the void itself cried in sorrow, crackling relentlessly.
Good felt his golden body begin to distort, forcing him to give up finishing off Whitebeard jr and instead raise his eyes toward the sky.
A gigantic flaming phoenix claw, sharp enough to crush steel, came kicking down toward his head.
Good reached out to grab it, but at that moment countless blood-colored spears pierced toward him.
"Kai Shin Ichi Geki: Chino Yari Ame (Critical Strike: Blood Spear Rain)!"
Each blood spear carried black lightning, wrapped in Conqueror's Haki capable of shattering even the strongest bodies.
Just as the Second Elder was reveling in triumph, a golden aura erupted from Good's body. The blood-red spears struck against that aura and softened, breaking apart into fragments.
The Second Elder was utterly shocked.
The Great Elder was equally surprised, but he didn't stop his attack. To him, his immortal flames could burn everything away.
Yet, before his kick could land, flames erupted from Good's body as well.
But these flames weren't from the Mera Mera no Mi—they were the same immortal flames as the Great Elder's, born from the same origin.
"What!?"
The Great Elder and Second Elder were completely stunned.
For the first time, the Great Elder didn't even know what to say, countless curses flashing across his mind.
Good also possessed the Mythical Zoan Phoenix form. This clearly showed he had no fear of the Great Elder's immortal flames.
The Great Elder tried to pull back, to retreat for now.
But Good's massive hand had already seized the leg that had just kicked down.
The Great Elder's heart sank instantly.
Good was infamous for his reckless close combat fighting style. The Elders had already experienced the ferocity of his martial prowess.
Being grabbed up close by Good meant only one thing—he was going to be beaten.
The Second Elder, Fourth Elder, and Fifth Elder all understood this as well, attacking together to try and force Good to release the Great Elder.
Not only them, but Kong, Sengoku, the three Admirals, Fujitora, Aramaki, and even Garp—all of the Marine high command—rushed forward to attack Good.
Good only glanced at them with the corner of his eye and then smirked:
"Perfect timing! I can use this bird as a weapon."
He transformed into his golden dragon-buddha form, now also cloaked in phoenix flames, while the birdcage still remained intact.
This meant Good's "Universal Fruit" had once again evolved in the heat of battle.
Now, he could wield the powers of four Devil Fruits at once.
Because of his single-core brain processing, Good didn't even realize it—he was simply reacting with godlike battle instincts, using four powers simultaneously.
At this moment, he had only one thought:
Use the Great Elder in his phoenix form as a weapon!
Facing the attacks of multiple emperor-level fighters, Good swung the Great Elder's phoenix body straight at the Second Elder.
The Second Elder's blood-formed skeletal construct instantly collapsed into dust.
Under the immortal flames, the blood evaporated rapidly—his powers were completely restrained.
The Great Elder, terrified that his own flames would kill the Fifth Elder, hurriedly reverted to human form.
But in doing so, he crashed straight into the Fifth Elder.
Though both were emperor-level fighters with extremely tough bodies, as a Mythical Zoan, the Great Elder's physical resilience was far greater.
The impact sent the Fifth Elder flying, crashing heavily into the ground.
And Good wasn't done yet. After swatting one aside, he swung again, smashing the Great Elder into the other attackers.
The others all stopped their attacks, unwilling to hurt the Great Elder.
This created a ridiculous scene on the battlefield—Good was literally chasing around more than ten emperor-level fighters, wielding the Great Elder like a club.
Even though they tried to dodge, Good's speed was too great. Many were still struck, left dizzy and battered.
Even the mighty Great Elder began to suffer wounds from the repeated blows.
The surrounding Marines were dumbfounded at the sight.
It looked absurd, like a street brawl.
Good had a weapon in hand, and the others could only flee without daring to strike back.
Inside the birdcage, the pirates watching roared in excitement. Many laughed until their bellies hurt.
"Well done, Good!"
"Hahaha! Good is insane!"
"Facing an army of hundreds of thousands, yet he's chasing them down swinging their own leader—who would believe this if they didn't see it?"
At the front of the crowd, Whitebeard, Shanks, Dragon, and Rayleigh couldn't help but smile wryly and shake their heads.
Good's antics had completely dissolved the tension they had been feeling.
"Captain, how about we head into the forest, grab some beasts that died from the overwhelming pressure, and roast them for a meal?"
"Eat while watching the show." Yasopp joked.
In this moment, the hundreds of thousands of soldiers were useless.
Cannons, swords—it didn't matter. Nothing could harm Good, who had merged his Buddha and Blue Dragon forms.
Anyone who approached would be instantly killed.
Victory now rested solely on the emperor-level fighters. But those very fighters were being chased and beaten with the Great Elder's body.
In Good's hands, the Great Elder roared furiously:
"Good! I'll kill you! I'll kill you!"
"Bastard! Let me go!"
At this moment, he had never felt more humiliated.
Being used as a "tool" by Good was the greatest shame imaginable.
But the worst part was—he couldn't even break free.
Good sneered, "Are you stupid? You just said you wanted to kill me, and now you want me to let you go?"
He ignored the struggling Elder and continued to use him as a weapon.
The others desperately sought a chance to rescue the Great Elder, but Good gave them no openings.
The most crucial part was—even when struck, Good simply chose to endure the damage, refusing to let go.
And with his ability to instantly heal…
It became a vicious cycle.
Good continued swinging the Great Elder, battering him until he grew dazed, his body covered in wounds.
Amidst the onslaught, Whitebeard jr—the so-called son of Whitebeard—was smashed to death by Good, using the Great Elder's own body.
At that moment, Kaido, who had been knocked out earlier by Good, regained his senses amidst trembling.
But seeing Good swinging a man around as a weapon, he thought for a moment—then lay back down.
Kaido was truly afraid, utterly intimidated.
If he showed up again, would he be the one being wielded next?
The answer was—very likely…
