Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

The Infinity Stones consist of six gems in total.

The purple Power Stone allows the user to command all forms of power and energy. It can support the other gems and amplify their powers. With this gem, a user can even copy any physical superpowers, bringing their offensive and defensive capabilities to an unbeatable level. The user possesses nearly the strongest energy in the universe—even releasing a fraction of its energy generates shockwaves powerful enough to instantly fell entire armies, while its maximum output can cause explosions capable of destroying entire planets.

The green Time Stone allows the user to travel to any point in time—be it the distant past or farthest future. Using this power, one can observe or experience any era. If the user has sufficient knowledge, they can do far more, even manipulating time and causality itself. This makes the stone usable as a weapon, trapping enemies and entire worlds within infinite temporal loops.

The blue Space Stone lets people instantly transport themselves or any object to any location across space. It also allows the user to twist or reorder space according to their will, making abilities like spatial teleportation or spatial stasis feel as simple as breathing. At the same time, it contains immense energy within.

The orange Soul Stone grants the ability to steal, manipulate, or alter souls. Not only does it control living souls, but it can also manipulate the spirits of the dead. However, this stone is also extremely dangerous due to its independent consciousness and insatiable, ravenous soul. Ironically, the gem itself is actually an entrance to a small, idyllic universe of breathtaking beauty.

The red Reality Stone allows users to turn any dream into reality. All scientific principles and natural laws become meaningless before it, as it can freely rewrite them. The Reality Stone doesn't just create illusions indistinguishable from truth—it can fully transform imagination into tangible reality if the user desires.

The yellow Mind Stone allows the user to enter the thoughts of others and lets external dreams, thoughts, and ideas penetrate their mind. It enhances spiritual power and increases mental abilities. Even when enhanced by other gems, it can touch the consciousness of every existing being at once. A mere brush against it could change someone else's mind however the user wished. In addition, the Mind Stone itself holds great energy within.

As vivid memories of the Infinity Stones filled her mind, Sakura felt as if her future were shining brightly ahead. Overcome with excitement, Sakura felt the six Infinity Stones, bound to her very soul, erupt in radiant brilliance, unleashing a wave of immense power outward.

"Phew, this is bad. Stop now!"

Faced with a power capable of destroying the universe, even Sakura herself felt as small as an ant. Fortunately, these six stones fully obeyed her commands. Upon receiving her order, the stones instantly calmed down and floated once again before her, quietly emitting a soft glow.

A familiar-looking envelope materialized out of thin air and popped open right in front of Sakura.

"Just forgot to mention earlier—since these six Infinity Stones possess terrifying power, and your own strength is still far too weak, please be careful when using them. If you exceed your physical limits, your body may collapse from the strain. The Soul Stone will keep your soul safe, but trust me—you really don't want to feel what dying feels like. [P.S.: Please try to stay emotionally stable under normal circumstances—the Infinity Stones are connected to your soul. Severe emotional fluctuations might cause their powers to go wild, potentially destroying the world. I'm sure that's a result you'd never wish to see.] Lastly, that's all I have to say. Wishing you a pleasant life."

"Time Rift! You creeps, I'm coming for every last one of you!"

Within a space resembling a cosmic starry sky, Sakura's furious scream echoed.

Chapter Two: Umbrella [Part 1]

"Sakura, you seem to be in a pretty bad mood today."

At breakfast, her mother Mebuki Haruno looked concerned, noticing the deep worry etched on young Sakura's face.

"Could it be my little girl has a crush? Hearts these days just can't stay still for long!" Her father Kizashi Haruno laughed heartily.

"Please, Dad, that joke was seriously cold. Not even slightly funny!" Sakura sighed. Her dad was great overall, but he had this bad habit of always telling freezing-cold puns that made everyone cringe. "I just feel overwhelmed by pressure right now!"

"Huh? Pressure? Why?"

Mebuki asked in confusion.

"I mean, I'm just an ordinary person, yet somehow I've become this savior figure shouldering the fate of the entire world—it doesn't feel good at all!" Sakura cupped her cheeks in her hands as she sighed deeply. "Before, I always thought heroes were cool, but now that I've become one myself, I realize being a hero isn't cool at all—it's tough!"

"You kids these days, talking nonsense! Protecting the world is Lord Hokage's job. You're still just a child—haven't even entered the Ninja Academy yet. It's way too early for you to be talking about saving the world!" Kizashi chuckled as he ruffled the top of Sakura's head, treating her words like mere side effects of playing too many ninja video games.

"Figures. Normal people just don't get me—ever!" Sakura shrugged her hands open, suddenly feeling a Fubuki Kakuyoku-like sense of loneliness from standing high above everyone else.

"Ow, my head!"

The next moment, Sakura clutched her forehead, teary-eyed as she glared at the culprit responsible.

"Kids should act like kids. Don't go around wearing a grown man's gloomy expression all day long!"

Mebuki Haruno retracted her finger and said, "After dinner, you will go out obediently and make some friends. You must make some friends your own age before coming home. Do you understand?"

"Yes, I understand!" Sakura sat up straight, too afraid to even think about resisting. In this house, her mother Mebuki Haruno's words were like imperial commands that couldn't be questioned.
