Chapter 7 - You will be expelled from Hogwarts sooner or later!

Rolf Scamander lifted the tightly bound Bag Spider and stroked its head.

The Bag Spider felt insulted and struggled, its row of small eyes glinting with cold fury.

"Oh, you're quite feisty, little one…" But the more it struggled, the more excited Rolf became.

He was already eager to experience what it meant to… restore magic.

Of course, Rolf wouldn't miss such a good advertising opportunity.

He turned to look at the Hogwarts Students hiding in the compartment and said with a bright smile:

"Dear fellow Hogwarts Students, if your pet gets sick, you can all come to me.

I specialize in difficult and complicated cases, and my fees are very low.

I am a professional Veterinarian."

For the system, not every Magical Creature encountered would trigger a quest.

After many attempts, Rolf discovered that animals with owners had a much higher probability of triggering quests.

It was like… encountering a hundred wild toads might not make the system issue a single quest, but upon seeing Trevor, it immediately issued a quest to treat hyperactivity.

Because Trevor had an owner!

From the system's perspective, capturing wild animals was not as exciting as enticing someone else's Magical Creature.

Your own flowers are fragrant, roadside wildflowers are fragrant, but no one else's flowers are the most fragrant!

Rolf didn't want to be a homewrecker, but he was forced to!

So, he planned to open a small Veterinarian clinic at Hogwarts, specifically to treat Wizard pets.

Not for money, but just to trigger more quests and gain as many rewards as possible.

He had even thought of the clinic's name: Celia's magical creature Shop!

Seeing the spider successfully captured, the Hogwarts Students grew bolder and emerged from the compartment, then clapped vigorously.

Many Witches stared, their eyes wide.

When did Hogwarts get such high-quality Hogwarts Students?

This was neither scientific nor magic!

"Can people come to you for treatment too?" asked a tall girl with curly brown hair, her peach blossom eyes lingering on Rolf's handsome face.

This high-quality junior was a new tea she hadn't tasted yet!

Many Hogwarts Students looked at the beautiful senior, their gaze subtly dropping to an unignorable, ample sight, and many swallowed.

Rolf glanced at the senior without a change in expression, his eyes innocent, and smiled:

"Of course, no matter how dangerous the illness, I can cure it.

If I can't cure it, no charge!"

Newt, despite being a Magizoologist and part-time Veterinarian, was also a master of gynecology… Rolf had learned a few of the old man's hidden tricks.

The Witches giggled, and the tall girl with curly brown hair tossed her big waves and laughed:

"My name is Penelope Clearwater, and I'm a Ravenclaw student.

I hope you can be sorted into our house; we have pretty seniors!"

"Hmm, thank you for the suggestion, Penelope.

I'll consider it," Rolf said kindly.

"If you ever feel unwell, be sure to come to me.

I'll give you a fifty percent discount."

Hermione's mouth was practically twisted to the sky.

Rolf had not only tricked her out of a Galleon but had also bullied her in the compartment, yet he was incredibly amiable with a pretty girl he didn't know and even offered her a discount.

Drat him!

Neville was even more puzzled, wondering in his heart.

Just a moment ago in the compartment, Rolf had claimed to have hereditary autism and social anxiety, making Neville want to discuss their conditions.

Now he didn't seem like that at all?

Lee Jordan looked at Rolf with admiration.

He had been at Hogwarts for several years and had barely spoken to any girls, yet this kid had already mingled with them in such a short time.

It was truly infuriatingly enviable.

"Thanks to you, brother… Rolf Scamander, right?

If anyone gives you trouble at Hogwarts in the future, just mention my name."

Lee Jordan revealed the tattoo on his arm, looking like a small-time hoodlum, but his large tattooed arm didn't seem waterproof and was starting to fade under the erosion of sweat.

This made Rolf suspect that the large gold chain around Lee Jordan's neck would also float when he took a bath.

"Lee Jordan, what do you plan to do with this Bag Spider?" Rolf asked, lifting the Bag Spider.

"Keep it?"

Lee Jordan gave a wry smile.

His face was already swollen like this; how could he dare to keep a Bag Spider?

Yes… the instantaneous, extreme release he felt when the Bag Spider sucked his magic with its mouthparts was indeed very satisfying, but he now had some psychological trauma.

"I don't want to touch it anymore.

Maybe I can release it in the Forbidden Forest…" Lee Jordan said.

"Bag Spiders are an invasive species; they're not suitable for release in the Forbidden Forest," Rolf said.

"Since you don't want to keep it, leave it with me.

I'll find a good home for it."

"Alright," Lee Jordan said, putting an arm around Rolf's shoulder.

"I need to go find the culprit.

Someone cast an Engorgement Charm on this Bag Spider!"

"You know who did it?" Rolf asked curiously.

"Besides the Weasley Twins, who else would pull such a prank!" Lee Jordan grumbled.

"They borrowed my Bag Spider before, wanting to throw it into the Slytherin compartment, but I refused them…"

"But it doesn't matter!" Lee Jordan chuckled mischievously.

"I'll go bully the Twins' younger brother.

I heard he's also a new Hogwarts Student this year, named… Ron Weasley, hehe."

"…"

Lee Jordan rolled up his sleeves and ran towards a certain compartment.

With no more excitement to watch, the crowd gradually dispersed.

The Salamander jumped onto Rolf's shoulder and whispered in his ear.

The boy looked towards the bathroom door and said, "Neville, is that your toad?"

"Trevor!" Neville shouted, overjoyed.

"Thank Merlin, thank you, Rolf!"

He ran over, grabbed Trevor, and hugged him close, rubbing his round face against him vigorously, "I finally found you, Trevor.

Don't ever leave me again."

Trevor let out a miserable croak, seemingly desperate to escape his clutches.

Since Trevor had been found, the group prepared to return to the compartment.

Rolf made a cage out of vines and put the Bag Spider inside.

However, it hung its head, looking sickly, and no matter how Rolf tried to coax it, it ignored him, seemingly still sulking.

The boy picked up the cage and shook it, laughing, "I'll find a good home for you.

You'll love it there."

Hermione glanced at Rolf several times.

She initially didn't want to talk to him, but after holding back repeatedly, she couldn't resist saying, "Are you really going to keep this spider?

The school definitely won't allow you to keep such a dangerous animal!"

"The school doesn't allow Bowtruckles or Salamanders either," Rolf said with a smile.

"Besides, I won't keep it in the dormitory, and it won't bother anyone else.

This Bag Spider isn't dangerous at all; it's as cute as a toad or an owl."

"But the school might still find out, and you might get expelled," the girl continued, not giving up.

"Don't you dare doubt me!"

"As long as you don't report me," Rolf looked at the three of them.

"The school won't find out."

Shirley and Neville both shook their heads, and along with Rolf, the three of them simultaneously looked at Hermione.

Even Trevor looked at her.

Hermione was bewildered.

She suddenly widened her eyes and snorted coldly, "Why are you looking at me?

Am I the kind of person who secretly tattles behind people's backs?!"

Rolf nodded.

"You absolutely are!"

The girl took a deep breath: "You'll be expelled from Hogwarts sooner or later!"

"Thank you for your blessing." The sunlight was a bit glaring.

The boy raised his right hand to shield his forehead, exhaled softly, and said wistfully:

"How did you know this is our family tradition?"

"…"
