Dante and Vergil are the twin protagonists of a game called Devil May Cry. They are the sons of the Legendary Dark Knight Sparda and a human woman, possessing half-human, half-demon blood that allows them to transform into various demonic forms. They are not only incredibly powerful but also have extraordinary vitality.
The elder brother, Vergil, wields Yamato, a blade of exceptional sharpness that can cleave through demons as if they were paper. The sword also has the ability of "separation," allowing it to cut through space to create mobile portals and even separate Vergil's "human" and "demon" halves. Vergil was a character Kagami had admired for his cool skills and cold demeanor when he played the game.
His younger brother, Dante, is proficient with a variety of weapons, most notably his twin pistols. While Dante is also very powerful, Kagami had always found him slightly less compelling than his arrogant, aloof brother. If the two brothers were to transform into their Sin Devil Trigger forms, their power would likely surpass that of Ryomen Sukuna. As the system worked, Kagami felt his very blood changing. The half-demon bloodlines of Dante and Vergil began to merge smoothly, as both originated from their father, Sparda. As the two bloodlines fused, he felt his power surging again, the already tenfold-amplified template strength increasing even further.
His body began to change. His black hair turned a striking silver-white, and his eyes became the same deep blue as Dante's, framed by red markings that added a mysterious air to his already handsome face. But the transformation wasn't over. A light black mist enveloped him, and a pair of huge, demonic wings—one red, one blue—sprouted from his back. A pointed demonic horn grew from his forehead, and a long red tail appeared behind him. Black, red, and blue patterns swirled across his body, giving him a domineering appearance. His pupils became vertical slits, like a demon from mythology. The bloodline fusion had passively triggered his Sin Devil Trigger form.
"What powerful energy!" In this new form, Kagami felt as if he could obliterate his former self with a single punch. This new demon bloodline was far more perfect than the half-demon ones, and the power it contained was immense. His strength had increased by at least ten times. Moreover, he could no longer feel the passage of time. He had achieved eternal life.
"Darling... honey? Are... are you okay?" Seeing Kagami's demonic transformation, Tsunade and the other women looked at him in shock, their voices laced with concern. They had seen him suddenly shrouded in black mist and then change into this terrifying form, and they feared some evil power had consumed him. Though he looked different, they could still sense it was him, but this form radiated a dangerous aura. Most alarmingly, they could no longer sense any human presence from him.
"I'm fine," Kagami said, his heart warmed by their concern. He immediately released his demon form, returning to his human appearance. "What you just saw was my Kekkei Genkai," he explained with a smile. "A bloodline limit that allows me to transform into a demon and increase my strength."
Hearing his explanation, the women finally relaxed. "A Kekkei Genkai? That was so intense and powerful. You can even transform into a demon!" Tsunade said, still in shock. It was the first time she had ever heard of such an ability.
"Well, my bloodline is a bit special," Kagami said vaguely. He couldn't exactly tell them it came from a system, so attributing it to his bloodline was the only plausible excuse.
"But you looked really scary just now," Tsunade admitted, recalling his demonic form. "You had horns, a tail, and wings... just like a real demon."
"What? Were you scared?" Kagami teased, a slight smirk on his face.
"Who... who was scared? I wasn't scared!" Tsunade blushed, flustered at being seen through, and snorted with a touch of arrogance.
"Good that you weren't afraid," Kagami smiled. He then looked toward the delivery room door, which had just opened. He walked in impatiently, with Tsunade and the others hurrying to follow.
