Chapter 5 - chapter 7

(The Revelation)

As they walked out of the café, Alexander's phone rang. He answered it, his expression growing increasingly tense. "I have to go," he said, his voice firm. "But I'll take you home first."

Greta nodded, feeling a sense of unease. What was going on, and why did Alexander have to leave?

As they drove to Greta's apartment, Alexander's silence was palpable. Greta could sense the tension emanating from him, and she knew that something was wrong.

When they arrived at Greta's apartment, Alexander turned to her. "I'll tell you everything," he said. "But you have to promise me one thing."

Greta raised an eyebrow. "What is it?"

"You have to promise me you'll stay safe," Alexander said, his eyes locked onto hers. "There are people who would hurt you to get to me, and I won't let that happen."

Greta felt a shiver run down her spine. What did Alexander mean? And who were these people?

"I promise," Greta said, her voice firm.

Alexander nodded, his expression softening slightly. "Good," he said. "Now, let's go inside and talk."

As they sat down in Greta's living room, Alexander began to explain. "Sophia is my ex-partner," he said. "We used to work together in the... business. But she betrayed me, and now she's trying to hurt me through you."

Greta's eyes widened. "What business?" she asked.

Alexander hesitated, his eyes locked onto hers. "I'm a mafia lord, Greta," he said. "I've built an empire, and there are people who want to take it away from me."

Greta felt like she'd been punched in the gut. A mafia lord? She couldn't believe it.

But as she looked into Alexander's eyes, she saw the truth there. He was telling her the truth, and she knew she had to trust him.

"What about my past?" Greta asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Alexander's expression softened. "I'll tell you everything I know," he said. "But you have to be prepared for the truth. It's not going to be easy."

Greta nodded, feeling a sense of determination. She was ready to face the truth, no matter what it was.

As Alexander began to tell her about her past, Greta felt like her world was being turned upside down. She was the daughter of a powerful crime lord, and her memories had been erased to protect her from her father's enemies.

Greta's eyes widened as she listened to Alexander's words. She couldn't believe it. She was part of a world she never knew existed.

But as she looked into Alexander's eyes, she knew that she had found someone who would protect her, no matter what.
