"What the hell?"
Immediately, Isamu, who was lying down, got up and looked around, shocked and confused. He was on a beach, standing still on the spot with an endless sea before him and towering forest behind him.
"Illusion?"
This was the very first thought that came into Isamu's head and he immediately made a hand sign and immediately disrupted the chakra flow in his body but nothing changed.
Isamu didn't give up on his first try and tried multiple times, but nothing before him changed at all. Seeing his efforts useless, Isamu, with a serious look on his face, crouched down and rustled his hand through the sand and even put a speck in his mouth.
"Touch… Smell… Taste… Vision… everything… It's so real, no… totally real," muttered Isamu, his brain working at the speed of light to come up with an answer to the situation he was facing.
"An illusion capable of replicating five senses perfectly or was I teleported to some island in Land of Water?" Eventually, Isamu could only come up with these two possibilities to explain the situation he was in.
ROAR!!!!!
Just as Isamu was busy pondering on his next move, his ears nearly burst as a loud and terrifying roar of some beast sounded from the forest behind him.
Isamu immediately looked towards the forest and saw dust rising from within the forest reaching towards the sky, birds fleeing from the dusty spot and even the ground under him trembling a little from the movement of the thing inside the forest.
"A Ninja Beast?" Said Isamu as no normal animal could cause such a commotion, his mind working rapidly and immediately making a hand sign.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
"Swish!"
With a burst of smoke, his clone appeared next to him as Isamu gave it a nod and he immediately turned into an afterimage rushing towards the forest and he himself waited where he was, letting his shadow clone go ahead to assess the situation.
"This sure is one hell of an old forest" Muttered Isamu's clone as he shuttled through the forest using body flicker technique. In his eighteen years of life in the shinobi world, he had travelled around the world a lot doing tasks and seen all sorts of forest but none came close to this one.
The trees reached a height of at least 40 to fifty meters and the barks were as wide as ten people standing side by side. But shaking his head, the clone brought his focus back to what was important and looking ahead hurried to the spot where it could still hear growls from time to time.
Even at his top speed it took the clone nearly fifteen minutes to arrive near the spot proving this Island wasn't that small.
"Tap"
BOOM!!! ROAR!!!
Nearing the spot, the shadow clone slowed down and crouching behind a tree peeked ahead, his eyes widening immediately.
Before him was a rare clearing in the forest but his attention was taken something else completely. A huge red boar reaching the height of at least 60 meters with two long and curvy tusks protruding from its mouth was facing an equally large beast, a tiger with white and purple stripes around it body.
The tiger growled at the boar, both having multiple wounds on their bodies with globes of blood dripping down from them and turning the grassy ground red.
"Damn they are even bigger than some ninja beasts from sage regions!" The shocked shadow clone couldn't help but speak, even most of the toads from Mount Myoboku, slugs from the Shikkotsu Forest and snakes from Ryuichi Cave in his memory of shinobi world weren't this big.
"If all of this is real, I really want to form a contract with them, it would surely be great help and increase my survival chances" Said the clone with a look of yearning as it gazed at the two humongous beasts before him.
ROAR!!!!
Just as the clone was lost in his thoughts, the two growled at each other again and the tiger lunged towards the boar, the ground shaking as it jumped and opened its huge bloody mouth to reveal long and sharp fangs, biting towards the boar's neck.
The boar didn't show any fear and moving its head stabbed its tusks around towards the tiger's belly.
THWACK!!!
The long tusks pierced through the belly and came out from the back but the tiger also bit deep into its neck, blood flying around.
Both seemed to be in deep pain but neither seemed to be in the mood to back down, the tiger continuing to bite into its back and the boar pushing the tusks deeper and stirring it around.
The clone saw them stuck like this for nearly five minutes before both seemed to be at their last breaths, with one final push the tiger yanking his mouth back and taking with it a large piece of meat around the neck, the boar pulling out its tusks to reveal a huge hole in the stomach of the tiger.
THUD!!!
As more and more blood poured out, both the beasts began to wobble around the place while groaning in pain, eventually tumbling down together, their eyes going white and blood pooling even more on the already drenched grassy surface.
