There was no sign of Ellie anywhere.

"It's quite late." Tristan glanced at his invisible watch again, a gesture Audrey now knew as a sign of him being anxious about something. "She must've turned in already. I could check if you—"

"No need to disturb her. I'll probably see her tomorrow before…" Her voice trailed off.
