Chapter 21 - Chapter 20 - Into the dungeon Day 3 (pt1)

Ming Sulin had only one thought racing through her mind:

"The dungeon is a psycho that is trying to kill me for sure."

And she was certain. Very certain.

This was madness. Absolute madness! Why had they woken up in the middle of the woods, surrounded by yellow-grade zombies—and, to make things even more glorious, hounds? Hounds that radiated higher-grade auras.

How dare the dungeon throw her into a car accident scene, leaving her badly injured and in so much pain? Did it think she was having it too easy?!

She hoped there was a dungeon master somewhere, like she had read about in novels. If so, she would level up, come back, and settle the score.

Hmmp. She wasn't afraid to admit she was weak now—but she wouldn't be always.

Her gaze swept the clearing: twelve zombies and four hounds remained.

Ming Sulin knew she was about to face some wild chaos, but she had no choice but to endure, no matter how much it hurt. No pain, no gain, she kept chanting, hypnotizing herself.

She had already sustained -104 HP from the crash, and it was still dropping by the minute.

[HP: 46/150]

"This place doesn't play fair," she muttered, clenching her fists through the pain.

But hey our ancestors had always said "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

Right? She nodded to herself, hyping herself up eyes burning with fire.

So be it she only needed less than 200 exp to level up to level 5 then she can pick a profession. She wasn't sure what profession she will get or if she would get to choose her own.

Though Ming Sulin hoped to unlock more skills before she leveled up but in the dungeon she didn't really have the luxury.

Pulling out her medic kits and crossbow, she nocked an arrow and quickly shot the closest hounds and zombies, then began patching herself up.

[You have killed x2 Yellow-Grade Zombies |2 kill points +25 EXP]

[loot:

X1 Torn shoe,

x4 stones,

x10 copper coins]

[HP: Zombies 0/50 each]

Gasp!

What is this?! Did the mod miss mess up on the exp count?! 25exp!? Since when?!

Cheap! So cheap! Where can she file a complaint?!

Wuwu!

Damn dungeon cut the yellow zombies' exp by so much!

The next target was a hound circling trying to find a chance it was much bigger than the other hound and it behavior was more intelligent.

[HP: Hound 120/120]

[Huntress skill activated you received +30 exp |30/100]

Her huntress skill changes to having exp earned now. Ming sulin now understood full when the module description said it was upgradeable!

Her eyes narrowed slightly in glee, receiving this new information.

She had time to explore this a bit later, but now she had to focus on the opponents in front of her.

Ming sulin trusted her gut to keep her eye on the bigger hound activating her huntress skill readying her stance keeping her crossbow locked on it wait for it to make a move.

Which from what her huntress skill is telling her with a feeling that its about make a move and she should aim for its vitals heart, throat, head.

It wasn't long after she had such feeling that the hound burst with crazy speed launching and jumping at her a few couple feet away. It was a lot farther than she expected surprising her a bit but she still reached just as fast

[You have killed x1 yellow/blue-Grade Zombie Hound | 8 kill points | +50EXP]

[loot: x1 yellow grade teeth, x1 used tooth brush, x1 12kg box of yellow blue grade pet treats, x2 undead coins , 456 copper coins]

[HP: Hound 0/120]

Ewe a used toothbrush the dungeon got jokes huh?

Ming sulin rolled her eyes at a ridiculousness of the loot drop but was so surprised by this petty dungeon.

Yellow/blue grade that's a first.

At least the stingy dungeon gave her 50 exp.

That hound had taken four arrows to go down. Tsk.

Damn decomposed mutts, wasting her arrows. She made a mental note to collect them later.

At least I got more undead coin

She tracked the other hounds movements carefully, waiting for clear shots and conserving ammunition—her supply was limited.

[You have killed x2 Yellow-Grade Zombie Hounds | 6 kill points | +20 EXP]

[Loot: x84 teeth 34 copper coins]

[HP: Hounds 0/100 each]

Less exp and loot

"Ahh, my arm!" Jake groaned, holding his arm in pain.

[HP: 120/150]

"Cough" Steve stirred, whining as he rolled on this side clenching his stomach. He might have internal injuries. She was no doctor, but he slightly had blood coming out of the side of his mouth.

Poor kid.

Derek eyes were open but seemed to be in a daze.

Her character parents were still stone cold out of to the side lean against a tree and looked no better conditions probably even worse as they were in the front seat.

Derek winced getting up hold his ribs area face all red and tear brimming with unleashed tears.

He might of hurt his ribs.

"Oww what happened?" Tally staggered to her feet from a bush nearby, coughing from the lingering smoke.

She fanned her face.

"Is everyone okay?" Ming Sulin called out, finishing her self-treatment.

[You have been restored +75 HP of health]

[HP: Ming Sulin 121/150]

"Jake little buddy you gotta keep your voice down. You're going to attract more zombies and hounds okay buddy I know it hurts. I have first aid kit and I'll get you settled in a bit, but I need you to quiet down."

Ming sulin sooth not only him but the others.

The zombies were closing in on them fast.

That's it!

Ming sulin really wanted to fight 10,000 round for 1000 days battle with this accursed dungeon!

"Do we look like we're okay!" Tally screamed at her and began to sob and fell to the ground like a child throwing a temper tantrum.

Ming sulin winches rubbing her ears she felt they were gonna grow calluses from her shrieking.

Let her die and lose points or knock her out and stuck her mouth and drag her along and use her as bait? Mmm maybe just maybe

he-he-ho-hee

{Que imaginary lightning bolt ⚡⚡}

Dun duh dahhhh!

She had a grinch-like smile on her face she almost even wanted to rub her hands together like a evil villain.

Anyone else who saw her would've thought she needed to be tossed into a mental house real quickly and thrown away the keys.
