Athena gave a soft, dismissive laugh as she wiped her nose. She twirled the silver spoon between her fingers like a toy and tossed it back onto the table with a clink.
"Cute," she said, voice sweet as poison. "But this is human stuff." Her gaze sharpened as she leaned forward, elbows on the table. "I came here for real wolf fun. Give me a reason to keep coming back, Victor."
The manager faltered.
His confident smirk wavered for a fraction of a second. Few dared to demand more than what he had already offered… especially newcomers.
Kraven's fingers twitched around the bottle neck, ready to snap the man in half if he so much as denied her. But before he could open his mouth, Athena slid gracefully from her seat.
She leaned down, pressing her hand against Kraven's broad chest, and gave a possessive little tug that made him fall back into his chair. He glared up at her through his mask, the tension in his body undeniable, but she only smiled as if she had him on a leash.
