There were cracks everywhere in the walls. Dreacon was unsure on what was happening. The entire building started trembling, as if it was being pulled by something. Both, Albert and Dreacon looked at the Box on the ground, wondering if it's the work of the Bomb detonating early. Instead the Box just sat there, unmoving. And Dreacon raised his head to look ahead and saw the cause behind it.
Meanwhile, a hundred meters away, Lin and Chuck were running to the hall. The ceiling above them started cracking and the ground beneath them began shaking.
Lin: We need to hurry!!
Chuck nodded in response. He didn't know what was causing this, but he knew it was trouble. They ran until they came towards the hall, but they were in the floor above from where Dreacon was. As they peeped out of the window, they saw melissa running away.
Melissa, on the floor was running hard. She grabbed a pillar next to her tightly and held on, as smoke from all the rubble filled the room.
Lin saw her and shouted at her.
Lin: Melissa!!! What happened?? What's causing this??
Melissa looked up and saw her companion and Chuck. She couldn't answer. But she just pointed at the smoke ahead of her.
Melissa: HE...told me to do this...
Lin and Chuck followed her pointing finger and saw through the smoke. Lin's eyes' widened in shock, while Chuck gasped.
Albert saw the person behind this and immediately grabbed his Excalibur, when he realised that the force was pulling on him too. He then struck the ground at an amazing speed, that held him in place.
Wind blew in every direction and Dreacon was amazed. He just stood there unmoving, and yet, he felt a threatening presence.
Max: So...we are insects huh..??
Max's voice was filled with anger. But now it had conviction. All the smoke and rubble was flying everywhere, but they all eventually surrounded Max. As Max stepped out of the gathering smoke, he brought his left hand out.
The hand that resembled the night sky was facing downwards, and underneath it's palm, was a tiny, tennis ball sized black hole!!
The immense gravity of the black hole pulled in objects of different sizes towards him. The increasing size of the black hole, and it's gravitational pull, was too much for this structure to handle.
Max still had stitches on his body. Melissa had done a good job, but all those strings snapped under the pressure, making him bleed out again.
Melissa: Oh no.....the strings....!!
But Max was far away from her to listen to that. He was well aware that the threads on his body were coming undone, and that he would die. It didn't matter though. He kept walking, controlling the pain. He was running high on pure adrenaline, and he didn't intend to stop. Blood gushed out from his upper body, even from his mouth, but he endured.
He walked towards Dreacon, his each step cracking the ground beneath him.
Max: Tell me...oh honoured one!! You are perfect...and we are insects...????!?! IS THAT RIGHT??
Max had anger in his eyes. He was totally pissed off right now. But Dreacon just had a huge grin on face, smiling ear to ear.
Dreacon: Yes!!! I'm glad I didn't kill you!!! I get to have fun before killing you..
He smiled and laughed, like the psychopath he was.
Max: I'm sorry...but you seem to think you can win!!...you are nothing but a clay figure that thinks it's right!!
Max was a winner when it came to taunting others. But what he said now was what he believed in his heart.
Deacon's smile faded and he had the look of annoyance. He was offended by the fact that a lower being was snapping at him.
Dreacon: Now....why would you do that?? Now I won't have fun at all!! I'll just kill you!! That's so borrrring!!
As he saw, that Max kept walking slowly towards him, Dreacon shot three spikes from his hair directly at Max!!
