Chapter 1 - 0- Prologue

[There are rules to survive in this broken world, I've failed to find them, however. If is you, I think you will succeed.]

I started at my screen for a long time. Was this really the end? The credit screen had one name on it. However, no matter how many times I look at it, the name appeared blurry. I was about to search up some theories online but realized it was no use. I was the only player after all. I've been playing this game for years, it was like a novel, it updates every once in a while and tells a story. If I had friends I would have recommended them this game but, all my life I've been alone. That was why I wondered why the creator continued all this when only I am playing it. If we knew each other will we be able to be friends?

My name is Han Si-woo. 174cm, 28, single, and was an orphen. Both of my parents have passed resulting in myself getting raised by a foster parent. However things didn't turn out well. I've been living alone ever since. No one to talk to and no one to relay on. I was told by my parents when I was little that I was born on rainy day. That was how I got the name Si-woo. The name is also suppose to give protection and a good start in life. However as you can see, it didn't. Throughout highschool I was bullied. For having no parents and for being broke. I work full time at an convenience store and live in a rundown basement unit. I was never able to go to college since I couldn't pay even with a scholarship. The only thing that brought me joy for the past few years is this game. It was called [The Pain of Survival ]. Although unpopular, it is like a lifeline for me. That was how all these years went by. I played the game and the game comforted me.

If you were like me, what would you have done if the genre of your life changed in an instant. Well, for me. I would have never imagined what it was like for the world to fall apart.
