Chapter 3 - Securing Funding for Building a Wall around the Base

You arrive back at your office to plan out what you're going to do next. You decide to start building a massive wall around Fort Benning Military Base, which encompasses over 182,000 acres. This wall will help you later on when the outbreak happens, but first, i need to secure funding for it. I'm assuming it will cost anywhere from $1 billion to $26.1 billion to build, but where can I find the funding I need for it? You think about reaching out to a wealthy businessman who enjoys taking risks or stealing the money from a criminal enterprise. The safest option would be the wealthy businessman, but I could just steal it from a criminal enterprise and be done with it.

You decide to go with the businessman option so you have money to spend on construction. So you decide to use the internet to find one and you do and you get the number for the wealthy businessman who enjoys taking risks off his website and you call him and propose that he invest between $1 billion and $26.1 billion dollars for the construction of a wall around the entire Fort Benning Military Base, which encompasses 182,000 acres. He then asks, 'What do I get in return?' You say I have knowledge about key future events that are going to happen in seven and a half months. He is intrigued and asks what events you are referring to. You reply that there will be an outbreak of a deadly virus that no one will be able to stop. He then asks what this virus does, and you explain that it makes people unkillable, aggressive, and highly dangerous and the only way to stop them is with damage to the head.

He sounds shocked over the phone and says there is no way this is possible. You assure him that it is, and that's why you need funding to build a wall around the Fort Benning Military Base which encompasses 182,000 acres so that you will be ready before it happens. He then asks what he will get in return. You reply that he'll have a safe place to stay. He agrees to provide all the funding you need for the wall, and you thank him before hanging up.

You then call contractors and a construction company to start building the wall. You specify that it should be made of heavy steel and concrete, and you ask when they can begin construction. They reply that they can start the next day, but they will need to acquire the materials. You tell them not to worry, as you will handle it, and proceed to order all the necessary materials, which are delivered to the base the following day.
