Darius glanced at me, and then back at the streets with a cautious gaze.
And then he asked, "When did you get a mate? Are you playing me right now?"
"I guess you don't know everything about me, after all." My lips raised in a mocking sneer. "Time is ticking, are you going to help me or not?"
He shook his head, as he started to pace around with his hands on his hips.
"You want to save your mate? How about your brothers?"
"They are fine with it," I said calmly.
"What do you mean?" He stopped, as his eyes narrowed slightly. And then it clicked, "You all have the same mate?"
"Yes." I nodded.
"What the hell…" His shock was evident, however, over the top with a dramatic heave.
I rolled my eyes, before resting on the wall again, "So if you want to see them, help me. I was sent here to get her anyway and I'm not going back, until I get her."
"Fine!" He relented. "But are you sure she is at the mansion?"
"Yes. From what I heard, she was captured by the Alpha."
