"Defend!" Strange roared, raising his strongest protective formation at once. Wanda immediately released her chaos magic as well, forming a massive red energy shield.
A magical clash erupted in an instant. The entire circular plaza became the dazzling—and deadly—eye of an energy storm. Strange's Seraphim Shield flashed nonstop as it blocked curses and all kinds of negative magic. At the same time, he counterattacked with Bolts of Balthakk and Hoggoth's Ancient Body, sending golden lightning and energy beasts lunging at the Dark Believers. Wanda's chaos magic was even more unpredictable—sometimes twisting and breaking down incoming dark spells, sometimes directly manipulating reality, turning the ground beneath the Dark Believers into a swamp or crushing their ritual implements into pieces without warning.
Hawkeye and Spider-Man used their agility to weave through the gaps in the magical crossfire, disrupting the enemy's casting rhythm with explosive arrows and webbing.
Saitama was… unusual in this chaotic magic battle. Most dark magic that struck him simply fizzled out—corrosion, mental shocks, energy devouring—none of it had any effect. But when it came to dealing with scattered enemies who mainly relied on spellcasting at range, he seemed to be lacking a clean long-distance method.
"So many flies…" he muttered, then locked onto the Dark Believers trying to break through Strange and Wanda's defenses—rushing toward the central magic circle to accelerate the activation ritual.
"Don't even think about it."
His figure moved again—so fast it was basically teleportation. In the next moment, he was already in front of a Dark Believer who had just slipped around the red energy shield, about to raise a hand and pour power into the array.
The cultist didn't even have time to react, only seeing an ordinary fist rapidly expand in his vision.
Bang!
No flashy spell light—only force, pure and absolute. The moment the punch landed, the Dark Believer and his protective black magic were smashed like they'd been hit head-on by a high-speed train. His body warped, then he flew back like a rag doll, slamming into a distant wall and embedding deep into it—utterly silent afterward.
Saitama didn't pause for even a fraction of a second. His figure flickered across the plaza again and again. Every time he appeared, a Dark Believer trying to approach the magic circle was sent flying with a single punch. Simple. Brutal. Effective to the extreme. In a battlefield overflowing with spells, he was a white bolt of lightning that ignored every rule—precisely removing the biggest threats.
Under his relentless interference, the Dark Believers' attempt to trigger the summoning array was completely thrown into chaos.
With Saitama "calling out" and erasing anyone who tried to get close to the magic circle, the pressure on Strange and Wanda dropped sharply, letting them pour more focus into the frontal magical confrontation.
Strange cast Ikonn's Form, instantly splitting into dozens of solid, physical magic duplicates. Each duplicate unleashed a different spell—defense, offense, disruption—immediately scrambling the Dark Believers' formation. Meanwhile, the real Strange focused on cracking the array's structure. His hands moved at high speed, and golden runes shot out like chains toward the summoning circle, trying to sever its energy flow and dismantle its framework.
Wanda fully cut loose, her eyes stained crimson by thick chaos magic. She was no longer satisfied with only defending and canceling attacks—she began actively bending reality itself.
