Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

As soon as the car arrived at the evil dark forces' stronghold, the hostage - takers threw her out of the car like a sandbag.

They pushed and shoved her and brought her in front of Mog, the leader of the dark organization.

The memories of the abuse in her previous life were deeply engraved in her bones. Now that she was back in hell, phantom pain spread all over her body. The pain made her tremble, but she tried her best to hold back.

She didn't want to suffer those things again. In a flash, she thought of the werewolf Victor, who had covered her with the silk brocade in her previous life.

Lucy's voice was hoarse but firm: "As long as you touch me, Victor of the werewolf clan will raze this place to the ground."

"If you don't believe me, call him and tell him that Lucy of the Atlant family is here as a guest."

The name Victor made Mog, the dark leader, eyes light up. He looked playfully at the bright and unruly noble lady in front of him.

The desire to trample her into the dust was raging in his body.

"If you're lying to me, you'll die even more miserably."

Lucy's trembling hands due to the phantom pain revealed her fear, and the mocking laughter of the men around grew louder.

To be honest, she wasn't confident. After all, she hadn't seen Victor for many years, but he was like a floating log, her only hope at this moment.

Less than 10 minutes later, Mog handed the phone to Lucy.

On the other end of the phone was Victor's slightly hoarse voice.

"Lucy, Mog made some very excessive demands on me. If I agree, many people will die miserably."

"But if you were my mate, no one would dare to touch you."

Lucy hung up the phone blankly and met Mog's smiling face.

He slapped the subordinate who had brought Lucy here hard and then kicked him to the ground and had him dragged away.

He apologized to Lucy amiably and then had someone drive her out of the dark forces' base.

When the truck drove back to Eisner's territory, Lucy was still trembling all over.

The phantom pain still filled her whole body. She had just been through the hell of her previous life and came back intact.

Lucy randomly wiped the sweat and tears from her face with her clothes. But before she even stepped through the door, she saw Eisner losing his temper and Isabella whispering.

"Eisner, did I cause you trouble by coming to you? That's why Lucy deliberately found those people to anger you. She just didn't want you to go back with me."

"But I have no choice. Your elder brother died in a car accident. The little werewolf cub cries every day looking for his father. I just hope you can go back and pretend to be your elder brother, for a year, no, half a year will do. Please, Eisner. Although I married your elder brother, the person I've always loved is you."

Eisner's face was extremely ugly.

"Those people couldn't have been found by Lucy to anger me. She's in great danger now. Let's talk about going back in a few days. I have to save her first."

Isabella tightly grabbed his hand, with calculation hidden in her eyes: "Eisner, I don't know those people either, but before I was captured, I saw Lucy greeting them. They might know each other."

Eisner was hesitant: "Know each other?"

"Yes, you know that Lucy has been bold and reckless since she was a child. Maybe she's just joking with us."

"She just wants to threaten you. Just wait a little longer. Maybe she'll come back soon."

Eisner was silent. When he said he was going back, Lucy did say that she would never agree even if she died. But her finger had been cut off. Was it really just a pretense?

But his attention was soon diverted by Isabella, who was covering her chest and gasping for breath.

He gently patted her back: "Why did your asthma act up again? Where's your medicine? I'll go get it for you."

Lucy stood at the door and listened for a long time. A ugly smile appeared on her pale face.

She had long since given up on Eisner, but at this moment, her heart ached so much that she couldn't help but bend down.

Each twinge of pain was for Lucy in her previous life.

Was this the reason why she was tortured for seven days before being rescued in her previous life?

She was in hell, waiting for Eisner to save her.

But he frowned with concern because of Isabella's asthma.

For seven days, a full seven days, Lucy in her previous life had waited for Eisner for seven days.

On the first day, suppressing the pain of being abandoned, she intimidated Mog and waited whole - heartedly for Eisner's rescue. But not only didn't he come, but his phone was also out of contact.

On the second day, Mog lost his patience.

The members of the dark organization also lost their patience.

In this chaotic place, the status of captives was as low as grass, especially those who were ignored.

They used cruel means to torture her and forced her to plead with Eisner.

But Lucy couldn't find Eisner.

On the third day, those people took turns to abuse her. They stripped her naked and made her crawl on the ground like a dog.

On the sixth day, countless people came and went, and they also brought in all kinds of animals.

In that place where no one answered her cries for help, they wantonly trampled on her body and self - esteem.

Those seven days of living in hell on earth, in Isabella's mouth, were just a trivial joke.

The blockage in her heart and the pain like being cut into pieces turned into unresolvable anger.

How dare they treat her like this?

Lucy took a few steps and stood in front of Eisner and Isabella, blocking their way.

With blood - red eyes, she kicked Isabella to the ground.

This kick stunned Isabella. She even forgot that she had been having an asthma attack just now.

She stared blankly at Lucy for a while, and then a vicious light appeared in her eyes. Her voice was weak and pitiful as she gasped and said.

"Eisner, I told you Lucy was joking with you, but you just didn't believe me."

"Look, isn't she back?"
