Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 – The Galaxy Whispers My Name

The first thing he noticed was the silence.

Not the peaceful kind. Not the sort that wrapped you in comfort. This was the deep, crushing quiet that came when you realized you were no longer part of the world you knew — the kind of quiet that whispered, You do not belong here.

---

A Life Interrupted

Ethan Kael had been, in the simplest of terms, a geek with a death wish. An ex-military demolitions expert with a chronic addiction to sci-fi, fantasy, and conspiracy lore. His off-duty hours had been spent debating lightsaber forms on internet forums and dissecting Harry Potter spells with the seriousness of a weapons engineer.

Then came the car crash. One second, headlights in the rain. The next — void.

---

The System Speaks

A voice pierced the darkness, cold and clinical yet layered with an ancient cadence.

Like he'd ever say no. Yes, his mind whispered.

Impact

Reality slammed into him like a punch. His lungs burned. His eyes opened to a sky torn in half — one side deep purple with alien constellations, the other blood-red with the faint silhouette of a massive winged shadow blocking the stars.

He was lying on black sand that steamed beneath him. His body was different. Stronger. Fitter. And there, wrapped around his left wrist, was a device straight from his geek dreams — a sleek silver-green Omnitrix, but marked with crimson etchings and faint, throbbing bio-organic veins. The Carnitrix.

His right hand clutched a lightsaber hilt — black and silver, the emitter crowned with jagged edges like a predator's teeth.

The hum began the moment he ignited it. A white blade with a faint red core flared to life, the sound resonating in his bones.

"Holy…" Ethan trailed off, half laughing, half terrified.

---

First Contact

The ground trembled. Not far from him, something massive was moving. He turned and froze.

It was a thing the size of a building, its body a writhing mass of tentacles, armor plates, and chitinous limbs. A single eye — bigger than a truck — opened in its center, slit-pupiled, unblinking. He knew it from nightmares and SCP files.

SCP-2317's guardian? No… something worse.

The Force thrummed a warning through his skull. He reached instinctively for his wand — which wasn't in his pocket, but his mind told him it didn't matter. He had magic now, even without a focus.

"Protego Maxima!" he shouted instinctively.

A translucent blue dome shimmered into being just as a tentacle slammed down, the impact sending cracks racing through the shield. The kinetic force rattled his bones.

---

Learning the Carnitrix

His eyes darted to the device on his wrist. "If you ever wanted to help, now's the time," he muttered.

The Omnitrix core rotated, its holographic dial flickering through alien silhouettes — all of them monstrous. He stopped on one that looked like a cross between a Xenomorph and a Predator, but with Force energy radiating from its form.

He slammed the dial.

A burn shot through his body. His skin hardened, muscles thickened, his vision sharpened to a predator's clarity. He could smell the creature's fear — faint but real.

He leapt. This new form's legs coiled and released like springs, propelling him twenty meters up. The lightsaber came down in an arc, searing through a tentacle.

The monster screamed — the sound like a thousand ship hulls tearing at once.

---

Magic + Force + Carnitrix

Ethan landed, tentacle ichor sizzling on his saber. He reached out with the Force, dragging a boulder from the beach and hurling it into the creature's eye. At the same time, he channeled magic through his left hand.

"Incendio Maxima!"

A jet of roaring fire enveloped the wound. The creature recoiled, retreating into the surf, its scream fading into the distance.

His heart pounded. His Omnitrix form flickered, and he collapsed back into human shape, panting on the steaming sand.

"Okay," he wheezed. "First five minutes in this universe, and I've already pissed off Cthulhu's cousin."

---

The Ω-Verse Map

The Carnitrix beeped, projecting a holographic map into the air. It was a nightmare geography.

At the center was New Hope City, capital of the Amalgam Ω-Verse — a sprawling megacity where Amalgam heroes and villains ruled districts like feudal lords. To the east, the oceans were marked with SCP-169's migration path. The north was red-flagged Yog-Sothothian Territory. The south shimmered with kaiju migration zones.

And scattered everywhere… Containment Breach Zones. SCP anomalies running wild.

---

The Stranger

A shadow fell over him. Ethan looked up and saw a man in a sharp crimson coat, tall, with white hair slicked back, and eyes that burned like molten gold.

"I know that wrist device," the man said, voice deep and cold. "And I know the System doesn't give it to just anyone."

Ethan stood, lightsaber still humming. "And you are?"

The man smiled faintly. "Jason Wayne. Leader of the Endless. Half the Presence's power, Lucifer's essence, Michael's essence. This is my universe, newcomer. And you're… interesting."

Ethan swallowed. "Friend or enemy?"

Jason tilted his head. "That depends. Can you kill gods?"

Ethan blinked. "…Define kill."

---

The Offer

Jason stepped closer. "The Endless maintain balance here. But balance is… slipping. The Old Ones are restless, the SCP Foundation has fractured, and the MonsterVerse titans have begun choosing sides. I could use a weapon that thinks."

Ethan crossed his arms. "And what do I get?"

Jason's smile widened. "Power. Freedom. And the right to choose which gods live and which die."

---

The First Mission

Before Ethan could answer, a distant rumble shook the ground. Jason's gaze turned toward the horizon.

"Test time," he said simply.

A massive winged shadow rose against the red half of the sky — scales black as void, eyes burning green, wings that stretched across miles.

Ethan knew it instantly. King Ghidorah. But wrong — fused with something alien, tendrils writhing between its scales, a Lovecraftian corruption dripping from its fanged maws.

Jason's voice was calm. "That is SCP-6789 in this universe. Ghidorah, bonded to Nyarlathotep. If you survive it… we'll talk."

---

The Leap Into War

Ethan looked from Jason to the monster, then down at his Omnitrix. His finger hovered over the dial.

He could feel the Force pulsing through him, magic humming in his veins, the Carnitrix eager to bond with something stronger. This was it. His introduction to the Amalgam Ω-Verse.

"Alright," he muttered. "Let's dance."

The dial slammed down, the transformation burning hotter than before. He roared as alien DNA fused with his own, bones reshaping, muscles thickening, eyes blazing with the Force's glow.

The corrupted Ghidorah shrieked in answer.

And then, with lightsaber ignited and magic sparking at his fingertips, Ethan charged into his first battle as the Ω-Verse's newest wildcard.
