Jay's POV
We woke up in the afternoon and decided to go downstairs to meet the others.
They all were gathered in the hall, mid talk when we got there.
Jay: hey guys, how r u all now.
Aries: we're better now.
Josh: we'll need some time to heal completely.
Jay: Ik.
Freya: ok guys now that we all r here, can we talk about the prom. It's the day after tomorrow and we haven't even selected our outfits yet.
Mica: but we can't go to the mall after everything's that's been happening.
Jay: that's true but we don't have to.
Rakki: what r u saying?
Jay: we have many outfits here, mainly for mission purposes and to blend in but we can use them.
Freya: r u sure they r prom worthy.
Jay: most of them r party, gala and ball dresses so I'm sure we can find something to wear.
David: then what r we waiting for let's go.
Keifer: ah, where exactly r we going?
Jay: they r kept in the basement.
Ci-n: basement. Isn't that place always scary and darkđ°
Jay: it's not. The whole place is fully lighted and in good shape. Now let's go.
We all went to the basement and I opened up two of the rooms revealing large rooms with lots of suits in one room and gowns and dresses in the other room.
Ci-n: wow jay. This place is huge.
Freya: girl this place gives off luxury mall vibes. No scratch that it gives off billionaire vibes. I can't believe u kept this from us all this time.
Jay: well I wanted to surprise u all and see ur reactions. And I have to say it was worth the wait.
We all went inside and they all scattered in all directions to find the perfect outfit.
Keifer: hey aren't u going to look for ur dress.
Jay: I already have one in mind.
Keifer: which one.
Jay: it's not here.
Keifer: can I see it later.
Jay: no.
Keifer: why?
Jay: bcz then how will I get to see ur reaction at prom.
Keifer: atleast tell me which color so that I can match with u.
Jay: it's blue. Btw what is ur favorite color. I'll just choose that color accessories.
Keifer: I don't have one.
Jay: ok. Now go choose ur outfit.
Freya: ok guys listen up.
She said grabbing all our attention.
Freya: so here's the deal. All the couples will wear matching outfits and they can't see each others outfit before the prom ok.
Calix: what? Then how will we match.
Freya: just choose a colour and then go choose ur outfits, duh.
Calix: oh ok.
Freya: ok now pick a color and then choose ur outfits separately and remember ur partners can not know which outfit u r wearing.
Rakki: ok.
Then they all selected which color they want to wear and then went to there room to select there outfits.
Author's POV
In girls room:-
Freya: ok girls we need to choose an outfit that gives of queen vibes, makes others jealous and makes every single boy melt.
Mica: u can get really scary sometimes freya.
Freya: ok this is prom and it's our last year before we graduate and we need to graduate in style. Who's with me.
Rakki: I am.
Mica: me too.
Ella: me too.
Grace: me too.
Jay: me too.
Freya: ok now let's go choose our outfits.
Jay: which color have u guys selected. Let's help each other.
Freya: purple.
Ella: red.
Rakki: pink.
Mica: yellow.
Grace: green.
Freya: what about u.
Jay: blue.
Rakki: ok let's choose ur outfit first.
Jay: I've already chosen one. It's in my room. Let's choose yours first then I will show u mine too.
Mica: ok.
After spending hours of choosing and trying like a 100 dresses. We all found our dresses. Then we went to my room and I showed them my dresses.
Freya: the boys aren't ready for what's coming.
Rakki: they aren't going to survive the night.
Mica: especially keifer. I can already picture him beating up every guy who even looks at u.
Ella: he is doomed.
Grace: I can see grazel 2.0 happening soon
Jay( blushing ): stop it. Your boyfriends r going to have the same reactions. Maybe even more. They r totally going to drool over us.
Freya: not more than keifer.
Jay: ok now let's hide our outfits before they see it.
Meanwhile in boys room:-
The boys were even more chaotic than the girls. Everyone was running around, shouting, asking for help and panicking.
Denzel: guys, what color r u wearing.
Ci-n: will someone help me choose a suit.
Felix: that's why I don't have a date. No date no tension. I can wear what I want.
Calix: shut up. Atleast we have girlfriends.
Josh: which girl r u taking eren.
Eren: I don't know yet.
Eman: bro just choose one of ur girlfriendssssss already.
Keifer( shouting ): GUYS WILL U ALL JUST STOP IT ALREADY.
They all immediately stopped and stood still.
Keifer: ok now tell me which color u choose.
Denzel: green.
Calix: yellow.
Ci-n: pink.
Edrix: purple.
Aries: red, what about u?
Keifer: blue. Ok now let's just divide into groups and help each other choose there outfits. That way it will be less chaotic and we can be done with this faster.
Ci-n: ok.
Keifer: all the guys with dates in one group and the single guys in one group. So that we don't tease too much.
We made our groups and then started choosing our outfits.
First we choose ci-n's outfit bcz that kid wouldn't shut up. Then we choose calix, denzel, edrix, aries and at last mine.
It tooks us a long time to choose the right one. The other group was done before us and they started helping us too.
After we were done we took our outfits, kept them in a bag and then hid them so that the girls won't find them.
It was already dinner time so we went to the hall to eat. After a while, the girls also came.
Jay's POV
When we arrived at the dining table, everyone was already there including the boys.
Jay: so how was the selection guys. Did u choose an outfit yet.
Keifer: yeah. What about u?
Jay: same.
Freya: can't wait to see ur reactionsđ
Zia: wait what r u guys talking about?
Jay: prom. We choose our outfits separately to surprise each other.
Kuya angelo: r u all really going after what happened?
Jay: it's our last year. We're going to graduate after this. There is no way we would skip it.
Kuya angelo: safety comes first jay.
Robin: we can also go for extra security.
Jay: sure. U all can come.
Lia: we have to choose our outfits then.
Jay: well u know where to find them. U can do it tomorrow. Btw how was the training.
Thyme: it was good. They all r fast learners.
Jay: that's good. Oh and btw where is the prom being held?
Freya: in some famous hotel's ballroom. Star league hotel or something.
Jay: wait, star league hotel. R u serious?
Freya: yeah, why? What happened?
Jay: do u know about this godfather?
Godfather: yeah. I was the one to offer it to the school. It's safe there.
Keifer: what's going on jay?
Jay: that's one of the league hotels.
" what ", section e, the girls and my family said at the same time.
Felix: doesn't that hotel come under top ten famous hotels in the phillipines?
Jay: yeah, it does, so u all better behave there.
Ci-n: it's like u don't even know us jay.
Jay: fine but don't make too much of a chaos there. That is one of my hotel but that doesn't mean u can create too much chaos and destruction there. Atleast try to keep it to a minimum.
Blaster: we'll try but can't make any promises jay.
Jay: remember if u do anything stupid there, u will have to answer to me.
Denzel: we'll definitely behave. U r too scary to handle.
Felix: good luck handling her ur entire life keifer.
Keifer: I don't care. If it's her then I'll happily do it my whole life.
They all started teasing me after that. We ate our dinner after that and went to our rooms.
Me and keifer freshened up and changed into our night dress. A nurse came to change his bandage and give him his meds and then left.
It was a Male nurse ofc. I won't let any other girl near him as long as I'm alive!!
After that we laid beside each other, hugged and slept.
The next day:-
We woke up around 8 am, freshened up and then went downstairs to eat our breakfast.
Then we all spent some quality time in the movie theater and went back to our room.
I worked for a bit while keifer watched some tv.
Keifer: jay, how long r u going to work?
Jay: just give me a few more minutes and I'll be done.
Keifer: aren't u supposed to take care of me?
Jay: I know it's just that this is an important contract. Just give me two more minutes.
Keifer: fine.
I quickly finished my work and then went to him.
He was sitting on the bed, pouting at me.
Jay: what happened.
Keifer: u don't give me attention. U don't love me.âš
Jay: huh, who said I don't love u.
Keifer: u used to take care of Robin when he was sick and look at me, I got shot and u r busy with ur contracts.
I cupped his cheeks and made him look at me.
Jay: u r cute when u act like this. Ok fine I admit I was busy but now u have my full attention for the whole day.
Keifer: promise.
Jay: promise.
Keifer: ok then u can start by making me soup like u did with robin and don't burn down the kitchen while u r at it.
Jay: ok fine.
I went to the mini kitchen in the room and made the soup that my lola taught me when I wanted to make something for robin.
I quickly made it and then went back to keifer and slowly fed him the soup.
Keifer: mm. It really is good. I guess robin wasn't lying.
Jay: told u I know how to cook.
Keifer: my multi talented wifeyđ
Jay( blushing ): just shut up and eat.
After he finished I washed the dishes and sat beside him on the bed. He put his head on my lap and I played with his hair.
Jay: u know now that I think about it, u never really asked me to go with u to the prom.
Keifer: huh, where did that come from all of a sudden.
Jay: don't change the topic.
Keifer: ok ok.
He suddenly got up, bent down on one knee beside the bed and held my hand.
Keifer: Jasper Jean Mariano, will u make me the happiest guy in the universe by going to the prom with me.
Jay: yes. Ofc yes u idiot.
Keifer: profanity.
He then kissed me, soft and slow.
Keifer: happy now my queen.
Jay: yes. U should rest now. I'll go bring us some lunch.
Keifer: no. Did u forget what ur friends said. U can't leave this room. Ask the maid to bring the food. U stay here with me.
Jay: ok ok. My clingy baby.
I asked the maid to bring us some food and after a while the food arrived. We ate it and talked for a while.
After that I gave keifer his medicines and made him sleep. I finished my work and checked up on the team to see how the training was going and then went back to room.
After a while keifer woke up. I gave him some snacks and the nurse came to change his bandage. We watched some tv and cuddled on the couch for a while.
Then it was dinner time so the maid came with our food. We ate it and we also had some ice cream and then went to bed while cuddling each other.
