Chapter 1 - KiiiD THE RACER PART 1

Racing to the Void

Episode 1 – Pedal to the Void

Cold Open – Death at 2 Billion

The stars blurred into streaks of white and violet, the track bending through the vacuum like a ribbon of molten silver.

Two cars — no, two monsters — hurtled forward at speeds no sane mind could comprehend. Each engine roared like the throat of a black hole.

The first was the Crimson Specter, its matte-red body lined with black plasma vents. The second was the Oblivion Fang, shimmering in midnight chrome that drank the light around it. Both racers had something no other had — the ultimate stat bar:

LEVEL: 2,000,000,000 — MAX

They were gods among mortals. The Void League crown had been passed between them for decades. Tonight, one would keep it. The other…

ANNOUNCER (broadcasting across five galaxies): "The Void League Final! Two billion level racers in the deadliest sprint ever—Nebula Strip! 8.6 light-years of death curves!"

Asteroids floated like debris mines. Gravity traps flickered in and out of existence. Fans across 20 million worlds screamed into holo-screens.

The final turn came. The two cars locked side-by-side. Exhaust streams ripped the stars into jagged lines.

The Crimson Specter twitched left. The Oblivion Fang swerved right. For a moment, they merged in a single streak of light.

Then—BOOM.

A sun-bright explosion swallowed them both. Silence. No wreckage. No survivors.

The Void League had no champion.

Chapter 1 – The Bottom of the Board

New Tokyo – Earth

KiiiD sat on the edge of his bed in a cramped studio apartment, elbows resting on his knees, sweat still dripping from under his helmet. The neon lights from the streets outside cut his face into stripes of pink and cyan.

On the table: a cracked datapad displaying his racing profile.

LEVEL: 1

Bank Balance: 82 Credits

His car — a beat-up black coupe with one working headlight — was parked downstairs, still smelling like burnt oil.

He flicked through holo-photos of his parents. Both wore matching white-and-gold racing jackets, grinning beside their cars. In the captions, their level tags glowed with impossible numbers:

LEVEL: 2,000,000,000 — MAX

The legends of the Solar Drift Championship. The ones who went out in flames during the last big race.

KiiiD tightened his jaw.

KiiiD (to himself): "They went out at the top. I'm starting at the bottom… but the finish line? That's mine."

The Racing System

In this world, racing wasn't just sport. It was the way to survive, to rule, to be remembered.

Every race won granted XP. Every level instantly upgraded your ride — performance, visuals, body mods, even tech no engineer could build by hand.

The top speed limit? Doesn't exist.

With every level, your car transformed in real time — exhausts glowing hotter, frames reshaping mid-race, AI processors running billions of calculations per second.

There were 1 million racing clans, each with unique perks, circuits, and territories.

10 billion racers fought across 20 million racing worlds and galaxies, from neon cities to black hole arenas.

And the dream? To reach Level 2,000,000,000. Only three people had ever done it.

Chapter 2 – Scraps on the Street

Night. Rain slicked the neon-lit streets of District 7. KiiiD's coupe rattled at the start line of an alleyway circuit. Around him, five other racers revved machines that made his car look like a scrapyard toy.

The countdown lit up in the sky.

3… 2… 1…

The street exploded with engine noise. KiiiD slammed the pedal. His tires screamed as his car darted between neon puddles.

It was chaos — one racer clipped him, another's exhaust heat cracked his side mirror. He swerved hard, scraping a wall, but somehow crossed the finish line third.

The payout was pathetic. Enough for instant noodles and maybe some fuel.

He parked in the shadows, head resting on the wheel.

That's when a figure approached. Black racing cloak, chrome visor hiding their face.

HOODED RACER: "Fast for a level one."

The figure tossed a thin data chip through his window.

HOODED RACER: "Void League Trials. Tomorrow night. One race. One shot."

KiiiD stared at the chip as the figure disappeared into the rain.

Void League. The underground proving ground of the fastest racers alive. One win here, and you didn't just level up — you got noticed.

Chapter 3 – The Void League Trials

Abandoned Orbital Dock – Above Jupiter's Red Moon

Hundreds of cars lined the track — neon beasts glowing like caged lightning. Fans from different worlds floated in gravity pods above, screaming down at the racers.

KiiiD's coupe looked pathetic next to the competition. The racer to his left had a diamond-plated grav-car with a dragon-shaped exhaust. The one to his right drove a 12-wheeled crawler with plasma boosters.

His HUD pinged:

LEVEL: 1 – READY

The announcer's voice boomed through the dock:

ANNOUNCER: "Void League Trial, Heat Seven! Winner takes the golden entry to the quarterfinals!"

KiiiD wrapped his fingers around the wheel. His heart synced with the engine's rumble.

3… 2… 1…

They launched.

The force pinned him to the seat. His vision tunneled. The first corner came up fast. Racers smashed into each other. One flipped over the rail, swallowed by Jupiter's thin atmosphere.

KiiiD hugged the inside lane, every muscle tense.

And then—his HUD flashed:

LEVEL UP – 1 → 2

His car changed. The frame stretched, smoothing into aerodynamic curves. Exhausts split into dual jets, glowing deep blue. The dashboard's AI lit up for the first time.

AI VOICE: "Congratulations, Racer. Performance increased by 15%. Top speed unlocked: Mach 1.6."

KiiiD grinned.

He cut through two racers on the straightaway. Boosted through a drift zone. Sparks flew as his upgraded tires gripped tight.

The finish line was in sight.

Final Scene – The Breakthrough

KiiiD slammed the last corner, sparks trailing like a comet tail. The other racers were still recovering from crashes and oversteer.

He crossed the line second — not first. But the Void League recruiter at the track's edge didn't care.

RECRUITER: "Level jumps mid-race. Haven't seen that in years. Welcome to the Void League, kid."

KiiiD looked down at his glowing HUD:

LEVEL: 2 – XP: 47%

He tightened his gloves.

KiiiD: "Guess we're not staying level two for long."
