"Why are you all staring at me?"
Tenra shivered under the barrage of suspicious looks.
What, just because I gave Ophis a lollipop? Is that really so weird?
"Ara ara, Tenra, you haven't been hiding some questionable fetish from us, have you?"
Akeno's teasing smile was positively wicked.
"Shirone, looks like the Red Dragon Emperor has a thing for that type. You'd better stick close to Onee-sama from now on—don't give him any openings."
Kuroka chimed in with a sly wink.
"Tenra-san…"
Even Asia looked genuinely worried.
They totally think I'm a lolicon. That's gotta be it.
"Don't go making things up! I don't have any weird fetishes!"
Tenra rapped Akeno on the forehead, face darkening.
Lolicon, huh? Even if I did have such a taste, no way I'd ever admit it!
"Tenra-kun, Ophis is extremely dangerous. You were a bit reckless just now."
Sirzechs's voice cut in, shifting the mood.
"I was just trying to win Ophis over, Sirzechs-sama."
Tenra caught the lifeline, rubbing his nose.
"Win her over?"
Sirzechs and Rias's group looked puzzled.
"Ophis is pure and innocent—she doesn't really understand the world. The Khaos Brigade made her their leader, but she's just a source of power for them, nothing more."
"Kuroka, you used to run with them. You know how it works, right?"
"Pretty much, nya."
Kuroka nodded, tail flicking.
She didn't mention that even inside the Brigade, Ophis was considered terrifying—invincible and unpredictable. Quiet most of the time, but nobody knew what she might do next. For their own safety, even someone as gutsy as Kuroka kept her distance.
"Making an enemy out of someone like Ophis is just stupid. That's why I want to win her over. If the Khaos Brigade can use her power, why can't we?"
"Use Ophis's power?!"
Even Sirzechs looked shocked.
"Ahem… I'm speaking metaphorically. We don't need to go that far."
Tenra coughed and backpedaled.
"Even if we can't get her power, as long as she's not our enemy, that's enough. With anyone else, it'd be tough—but because Ophis is so innocent, we actually have a shot."
Everyone was still rattled, so Tenra coughed again, dialing it back.
"Hahaha… Only you, kid, would dare dream up something like this."
Azazel clapped Tenra on the shoulder, laughing.
"Might be a long shot, but the Governor supports you!"
Tenra grinned, but inside, he was dead serious.
I'm not just thinking about it—I'm going to do it.
Leaving Ophis with the Khaos Brigade is a waste. She belongs on my side.
Invincible power wrapped in innocence—other people see danger, I see opportunity.
She's a blank canvas. If I get her, brainwashing, training, whatever—I call the shots.
Having an Infinite Dragon God as a pet… now that would be something.
Tenra's lips curled in a wicked smile.
Crazy? Sure. But if Issei Hyoudou could do it in the original, so can I.
Of course, it'll take some work. But I've got time.
With the battle over, the last remnants of the Old Satan faction were wiped out. Sirzechs and Azazel stayed behind to handle the aftermath; Tenra and Rias's group returned to the human world.
The Khaos Brigade's attack had shaken the Underworld, but Tenra couldn't care less.
He'd killed Diodora—and instead of punishment, he was praised for eliminating a traitor. The Astaroth House even sent an envoy to thank and apologize to Tenra.
Kill your enemy, then have his family thank you for it. Awkward, sure—but not a bad feeling.
If Diodora knew, he'd probably claw his way out of the coffin in rage.
Well, not that he left a coffin behind. Poor bastard…
"DXD: Infinite Loot System"Inside a sprawling chamber in the Holy Devil Palace—
"Master… Master…"
"AHHH!"
Katerea screamed, her body trembling as she finally passed out, eyes rolling back.
Tenra let out a long breath, stretching his sore back. Around him, a dozen naked magicians lay sprawled, equally unconscious.
What a filthy scene. No need to ask what he'd been up to.
Being a master isn't easy. To reward his "tools," Tenra had gone all out. Good thing it was him—anyone else would've been sucked dry.
He snapped his fingers, and the [Time Domain] of his Evil Eye's Balance Breaker collapsed inward.
Days and nights of debauchery—normally, even Rias would've barged in by now. But inside the [Time Domain], Tenra could tweak the flow of time. Problem solved.
He'd spent days here, but outside only minutes had passed.
"Using a Sacred Gear for this… I really am getting more depraved."
Tenra sighed, feigning melancholy. His path to supremacy was paved with vice.
Depraved or not, it didn't bother him. He dressed, stepped out of his den of softness.
His "tools" had been rewarded—now to check on the Holy Maidens.
The palace was full of rooms; soon, Tenra reached the chamber where the Maidens were kept.
Forbidden magic had ravaged their bodies and minds, leaving deep scars. They lay unconscious, brows furrowed, faces twisted in pain.
Tenra activated [Holy Mother's Smile], sending out a dozen orbs of healing light. Their expressions eased, but none awoke.
"Physical wounds healed, but their spirits are still broken…"
Tenra frowned, muttering to himself. Then his gaze sharpened.
"In that case… let's try something else."
