Days passed quietly.
On campus, one thing slowly became normal — Kael was always with Eren.
In the hallway. Near the classroom.Outside the library.In the cafeteria.
Everywhere.
At first, Eren didn't like it at all, Kael walking next to him,Kael waiting for him after class,
Kael sitting near him without saying much.
It felt annoying.
One afternoon, Eren finally stopped in the corridor.
Students were passing around them.
Eren turned to Kael and said in a cold voice,
"Don't you have any other work?
Why are you always following me?"
Kael froze for a second, Then he scratched the back of his neck and gave a small, awkward smile.,"I'm not following you ,I just… wanted to thank you."
"For what?" Eren asked.
Kael look down and softly said "For that day.
When you helped me."
Eren looked away.
"You already said thanks.That's enough."
Kael nodded.
"I know,But it really mattered to me."
Eren's voice became sharp.,"I don't care about small matter ."
Kael didn't argue. He simply walked beside Eren again. Slow Changes After that day, Kael didn't leave,But he became quieter, He didn't talk much, He didn't push, He just stayed near.
In the library, Kael would sit across from Eren and read his own book. In the cafeteria, Kael sometimes brought an extra drink and placed it on Eren's table without a word.Eren never said anything and ignore .
Kael still came the next day, And the next.
Slowly, Eren stopped telling him to go away.
One day, Yuna saw them sitting together.
He leaned on the table and grinned.
"So… when did you two become a couple?"
Eren looked up with a deadly stare.
"Say one more word."
Yuna laughed.
"Relax, Ice Prince."
Kael's ears turned red.
"I-it's not like that."
Yuna looked between them.
"Really?Because Kael follows you like a loyal puppy."
"I am not a puppy," Kael muttered.
Eren stood up. "Both of you are annoying." But when Kael stood up too, Eren didn't tell him to leave. They walked together.
One evening, Eren stopped near the stairs and looked back. Kael was behind him. Yuna was teasing him again.
Kael was smiling shyly, the same soft smile.
Eren watched him quietly. People always came close to Eren. Then they got bored.
Then they left. But Kael…Every day.Still there.
Eren turned and walked away.
This time, he didn't push Kael .
