Chapter 44 - Poisoned Fists

Kang had disappeared into the shadows, battered but not broken. He knew he needed more than just raw strength to face Mikey and Jin again.

In a dimly lit warehouse, Kang gathered his followers—a gang of brutal fighters, each hand-picked for skill and ruthlessness.

He trained them mercilessly, molding them into a lethal force, each one ready to obey without question.

His new technique was insidious: Poisoned Fists. Every punch or strike delivered by a gang member could inject a slow-acting poison into anyone it hit.

"This isn't just about fighting," Kang said coldly, pacing before them. "This is about domination. You strike, and the pain spreads. Weakness comes from the inside, long after the fight is over."

The Gang in Action

Kang's lieutenants practiced relentlessly, punching and striking each other under strict supervision.

Poison coated their gloves and weapons—small doses of a neurotoxin that made muscles weaken and reflexes slow.

Kang demonstrated the technique, crushing a training dummy, and watched as simulated effects spread across the dummy, showing how even the strongest could be taken down if hit.

One of the gang members smirked, raising a fist. "So if I hit someone, they won't even know until it's too late?"

"Exactly," Kang said, voice icy. "Fear and pain are different. We will use both."

Mikey and Jin's Rising Challenge

Unbeknownst to them, Mikey and Jin were training nearby, still recovering from the previous encounter and Mikey's mother's death. But Kang's new gang and their deadly technique raised the stakes higher than ever.

Every punch now carried the potential for long-term harm.

Kang wasn't just building strength; he was creating a network of deadly pawns to attack anyone who tried to stop him.
