"Kheum," Jace coughed, "Since you're pretending there's nothing wrong with you then let's talk about the important things — what exactly did she tell you?"
Levi turned back to them.
"We need to watch those files immediately we get back to find out what this unit's hiding, there are too many unanswered questions and no one's giving answers."
Jace slid his hands into his pocket.
"But how did they even get into the building without being invited."
"She's a B-Class, according to her she doesn't need an invitation but as for the rest— they got in when we made the black out.
No power, no distorted electrical fields which means vampires of lower classes could enter without invitation."
Claire shifted on the edge of the tub, staring at Levi through the sink's mirror reflection.
"So basically it was our fault."
"Yes it was."
Levi didn't sugarcoat anything.
"But do you know exactly how many came in?"
Jace asked.
