Henry stood before the Arch Demon. It held a large hammer and had two long protruding horns from his head. It was red and as an Arch Demon it had raw exuding energy.
"What the fuck..." Henry muttered. Kelvin tightened his grip on his gun.
"Today is our unlucky day." he muttered.
The Arch Demon took a step forward and just then the military began to shoot in all directions. Their dark energies radiated in the scene and it shot deeply into the skin of the Arch Demon.
Soon dust unfolded but they kept on shooting with precision. If they left even a little space, they may as well be ready for death. They could not take chances.
"Gahhh!!!'' someone vomited hot blood in pain as he fell on his knees. Everyone turned to see who was in pain but they only saw the Arch Demon standing over his decapitated body.
"You are damn kidding me right?" Henry muttered in shock at the speed of the Arch Demon. "How the fuck had it escaped the bullets and moved unnoticed?"
The Arch Demon smiled widely. It raised its weapon in the air and slammed it against the ground . Sparks of dark energy crawled upon the ground and upon contact with any soldier, it electrocuted them to death.
Henry flipped backwards and stood on a car for protection. He turned around and saw the wave of the energy moving in swiftly. But it crossed his path without any harm.
"Quick!! Everyone!! Stay over a non conductor. The electricity can't be conducted by the non conductor!!'' Henry exclaimed loudly.
Everyone quickly looked around to find the most suitable non conductor. Some found room on burnt tyres, rubber sheets, some over the cars and trucks.
The main aim was survival. That was their priority. Kelvin swung over mid air as the electricity passed below him. He landed safely on the ground and grinned lightly.
"Fire!!!'' Kelvin ordered with blunt authority. Every soldier carried out their guns and began to shoot nearly blindly. Their bullets rocketed through the air as it came crashing down on the body of the Arch Demon.
"Damn!!'' someone muttered as his bullets bought off.
"Croaker!! Damn it !!''
Henry gazed at them as he noticed that their bullets were finishing almost at the same time. He grinned and looked at Kelvin.
"What the hell?!'' We would need to fetch bullets in the middle of a blood bath against a freaking Arch Demon!?'' Henry said in annoyance.
"Our van is one block away. I could make it and get as many ruffles as possible. I would go with some men. Do well to keep our big friend company." Kelvin muttered.
"Get the Amonion Shooter too. We may need it if this bastard is that stubborn." Henry said as he arranged his gun.Kelvin smiled and dashed away.
"I need seven soldiers with me immediately!!" Kelvin echoed in and ran forward. Henry smiled as he knew that soon all weight would be on him.
"I just need to full this with as much dark energies as possible. I don't want to run out of bullets in the middle of a feud!'' Henry muttered to himself.
Seven soldiers had already dispatched themselves to follow up with Kelvin. Dust had smoked up in front of the Arch Demon. Henry gritted his teeth as he awaited the worst.
"It has to be anytime soon." Henry muttered to himself as he tried to keep calm. This was his fourth time facing an Arch Demon and of all the encounters, he had managed to steal a win once.
The dust faded off and standing boldly before him was the Arch Demon. A dark glint in his eyes and a sharp deadly grin.
The soldiers pulled back slowly as they were now fighting on the defence or more still– Escape. They had totally ran out of bullets and that was the only thing that they could rely on.
Their weapons were not so powerful to have an effect on an Arch Demon but it do well in buying time for hope of the Dark Angels. But the Dark Angels had not also been seen lately. They were last seen last month when an Arch Demon had shown.
The only thing that gave them hope of their arrival was that the Dark Angels loved showing up when Arch Demons did.
"A nice grin you have got there. I would love to imitate your smile." Henry said trying to but time over. He didn't want to engage yet. He expected Kelvin to be back soon enough to help him.
"You humans are nothing but crazy things who deserve fates worse than death. As for my grin, it's only a dark feature we possess. You can't imitate the gods." The Arch Demon said and grinned again.
He lifted his mighty weapon and aimed at Henry. Henry gulped lightly and held his triggers tightly. It was going to happen any moment and he needed quick reflex action to be able to keep up with an Arch Demon.
He pulled the trigger faster than the Arch Demon has moved.
"Damn!! Too creeped up. Fuck." Henry regretted as the bullet came flying towards the Arch Demon. It shot into his chest but rebounced to hit a car. The car exploded on contact with the bullets.
"Was that supposed to be a shot? To be serious I thought this Unit would have promising soldiers to bend their necks. I guess your the best this unit has and as such it is a pity you are." The Arch Demon mocked cruelly.
He was wrong. Henry was not their best. He was only the Captain due to his ability to lead. He had leading skills and was therefore nominated as the Captain of Section 32.4.
The best art they had was Oscar. Oscar was the best hands but he was too proud to join on their mission since they had been taking down weak demons for the past few weeks.
Henry grinned lightly as he stared at the Arch Demon. A sharp deadly grin that could cut through the thin air.
"I guess I may seem weak to you but I had other plans." Henry muttered and looked at the Arch Demon. Confusion flooded through the mind of the Arch Demon as he stared at him.
"You just walked into the trap set."
Suddenly bullets bounced into him and tore through his body. Ropes wrapped quickly around his legs and in a straight second a dark bomb shot at him.
BOOOOM!!!!!
The loud deafening sound echoed across the city and the soldiers sprinted away and fast enough. It was not designed for explosion but implosion.( It destroyed only what it came in contact with.)
Henry stared at his handy work and smiled. He may have won an Arch Demon but he could feel the dark energy and arua exuding evidently.
"Haha. That was really wise of you. Leading me blindly into your traps?!'' The voice of the Arch Demon echoes in as he stood up slowly. A sharp dark glint appeared across his face.
"What the fuck!!''
"For the record, I am Otanz. I am here on orders to wipe out just a little fragment of this city. We want to take this slowly and steadily. Greetings humans!!!!'' Otanz exclaimed loudly as he laughed hysterically.
The soldiers stared at him in shock as they could barely comprehend his power and limit. Defeating would take more than usual. Their only hope would be on a simple miracle – the Dark Angels.
